The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby is grand with a vibrant bar, restaurant in the center. The staff is friendly. This was a weekend away for me and my 10 year old daughter and we wanted something luxurious. Since it was so cold outside I knew we were going to be in the room a lot. I know the rooms are outdated but I ordered a deluxe room so I thought it would be better. I opened the door and although the room is very clean, it was incredibly bland. Beige walls, beige beds, not much on the walls at all console with a tv sitting on it. Nothing built in. No mini bar, no pops of color. We ordered room service and it arrived in a paper bag and boxes instead of a tray with plates. Since this trip was part of my daughter's Christmas present I decided to book another hotel. I told the front desk attendant, Mark, early Saturday morning we decided to leave, kindly told him why. He was so nice and empathic, told me they'd be upstaging the rooms soon, offered me a really late checkout of 2pm and gave me a refund for 1 night. Overall really positive nice experience. Just wasn't the right hotel for the occasion.

Keys didn’t work properly to my room even after being reprogrammed. Bathroom was small, cold and had an odd layout. Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

Amenities , not given a comforter on bed until asked for one . When I turned on the water at the sink it did something weird in the shower drain, and when I turned on the shower the ceiling started to leak , dirty and dusty. Very uncomfortable bed. No smart tv
