I had the worst experience in this hotel 1st : it’s says it’s a 4star hotel but actually it’s only 3 plus I would not even give it a 3 , 2nd I called and requested water and they told me to come and get it myself there was no room service in this “4star hotel” shocking , our room was located in the back of the restaurant in the first floor by the emergency exist and a random bathroom “Koby bathroom” the room was tiny, the bed was so tiny maybe a kid can fit in differently not two grown adult When I requested a different room I was told it was sold out and they could not change my room I booked a room for two and the bed were so tiny that it is not possible to fit two people in there , when I spoke to the staff I was told nothing we can do about it When I book a room for two people I expect the room to fit two people , when I spoke to Expedia regarding the issue I was told there is nothing they can do because I booked a non refundable which makes no sense is only in case of cancellation made which no sense So basically I had the worst experience in this hotel and I dread going to the hotel after a long day of exploring the city I will give it a zero rating but I did one because that’s the least you can give. Will not recommend anyone to go

The property was in a good location. The room we had should have provided a white noise machine. We had a noisy room. I am saying this as the last place we stayed had one for that very purpose. Staff at check in counter very helpful. Fruit by front door for clients staying a nice touch.
