Our toilet broke the first night. Instead of suggesting a new room, the repair guy said he'd come back at our convenience to fix it. In the meantime my 5 year old son had to use the bathroom twice while I was trying to get showered and ready so we had to go all the way downstairs to use the restroom. After the second time I asked for a new room with a working bathroom. They promptly gave me a new room. The indoor pool was freezing cold, too good for my taste and a lot of other adults agreed it was way too cold for an indoor pool. Overall it was an ok stay, however; it was definitely not worth what I paid.

The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They were very mushy but unforgiving. We both had trouble with them which is unusual. Would be nice to have a couple of different styles to pick from.

It was an awful check in my partner and i were treated like trash.k didnt have any money on my credit card nor did my partner so i had to find a location to add money they wouldn't help us the manager totally disrepected us i had so much cash on me and randy also so my family helped us out so 300 went on my card and almost 700 in cash i paid to stay there other than that it was great we loved it their i would definitely stay their again
