This hotel is the perfect location to explore Boston on foot. Felt safe everywhere I went. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was probably the nicest I’ve experienced anywhere I’ve traveled.

The staff was fantastic - my plane got in early and I was just stopping by to check my luggage but they were able to find me a room and check me in which was so helpful and I was able to take a much needed nap before beginning to explore the city. The attached pub was also great and reasonable to catch a quick meal.

Area was great , our room was disappointing. Toilet took 3 times to flush, hear upstairs water n plumbing. Only 3 of us so double bed with pull out sofa which had to put down a table so it would pull out.

I stayed at the club quarters in March 2025 for my boyfriend's birthday. They gave us room 402 and the air condition did not work. You can hear guests turning on the shower. You can hear the pipes making noises through the night. There was not enough towels and washcloths for the 2 days. I spoke to the lady in the front desk and all she had to say was sorry. I stayed at plenty of club quarters through different states and this is the worst one that I ever stayed at. Thank you

I would say I really had a good experience in the hotel. If you are coming to Boston for the first time, you can without any second thought book the hotel. It is near to everything in downtown.
