Location is very good and reasonably priced. However, this facility is not well run in my opinion. Our room was dirty on arrival (e.g., hair on bathroom floor, dirty carpet). Adjacent guests left candy bars in hallway the first night and they were still there the day we left. The TV did not work two out of the four days we stayed. The facilities are worn - filthy damaged elevators. Offers coffee in the AM downstairs but it was empty. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Great location and garage parking on site. Very clean and attentive staff. Beautiful hotel and room. Lots of construction happening but was isolated. Room was not as warm and didn’t get as warm as wanted in the frigid cold February and no comforter on bed mad sleeping cold. Also tv only had a few channels available. Will visit again

The service was great and the accommodation upgrade fantastic. The only thing, there were stains on the wall, believe water stains that could lead to mold but other than that our stay was great.

It was less than a 30 second walk from the outside of the parking garage to the front entrance to the hotel. Not bad. Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was nice and clean. We were on the top floor and the balcony had some cracks in the cement which made me feel some type of way … specifically nervous. The rest of my party didn’t care though. Overall good place.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a calm yet stylish atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The staff was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location is also perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful. Overall, this stay felt effortless and pleasant, which is exactly what you hope for when traveling.
