We generally enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that the amenities were not available including the bar, coffee service. Our air filter in the room was disgusting and we asked to have it replaced. Room service was not running. They were understaffed. The hotel restaurant was good. Pay the same price for the Dagny with better amenities.

Front desk staff was fantastic. One bedroom was really spacious. Roof deck was cool, good for snacks and drinks. Never had to wait for an elevator, 4 going at all times. Paul Revere theme was really great, who knew you could work something like that into a modern design. Loved it all!

Clean. Decent beds. Quiet. Boston was expensive overall for lodging. We chose this place for location to BC and it was a little cheaper than others. Good location to get to sites. For the price compared to other cities we have been to, this was WAY overpriced. A room like this would be half the cost at least. This isn’t a slam against the hotel, they will charge based off competition. It just sucks being the consumer who pays for a hotel that is a fraction of the quality of medium National chain anywhere in America…but 3-4x the price.

Good value, friendly front desk staff, great coffee and water station on the first floor. Our room was clean and quiet. The Gothic vibe was interesting. Would stay here again.
