I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were so many missed opportunities here. The couch in my suite was absolutely filthy and all the furniture looks really worn out. The walls are paper thin and you can hear someone sneeze in the room across the hall. The entire hotel smelled like weed. There are no plugs anywhere near the bed unless you unplug lamps or clocks. The free breakfast was gross watery eggs, terrible coffee, and tea with luke warm water. There is no food onsite for lunch or dinner options and not a lot of options within walking distance so I had to Uber Eats dinner to the hotel. I also asked about late check out and they charge you per the hour for each additional hour you stay there. I couldn't fathom giving another dollar after how gross everything else was so I passed. I will say the staff at the front desk was nice and friendly but that was the only positive experience I had from staying at this hotel. The 1 star review is simply for the nice staff, the rest needs a LOT of work.

The property was nice and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Where i had a big disappointment was in the breakfast. It was horrible. Watery box eggs, waffles that were as hard as a hockey puck and rolled up ham!!! What !? And please don’t ask about the coffee :( This was an international sports event we were at so there were many different countries staying there and those athletes needed a solid breakfast. Most hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe, Asia and yes South America have amazing food. I felt so embarrassed that they had to experience this nasty food in the USA, and especially in Boston where there is so much diversity and good food.

cute hotel, not terribly central however

at this time of year january off season for boston, the $120 room rate was a good value. normal rates at this property however at 250 to 400 per night are totally not worth it .
