The room look like it had not been cleaned. It smells like mildew the hallway smell like mildew my son and I were so upset that we left and as you can see, we checked into Embassy suites to find a better room so I am please asking for a refund for I did not spend like only 10 minutes, maybe 20 in that room and then I left. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. It’s not somewhere you wanna stay

The property was dirty. We didn’t have clean sheets in our room nor had the room been cleaned before we got there. They never came to clean our room the 4 days we were there. We didn’t even have a shower curtain in the room. We have to get our own clean linens for the beds and change them. They made us go get them ourselves from the front desk. The halls were full of large fans and trash everywhere. We tried to get issues addressed, but we gave up.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen! Advancement said breakfast. None. Bathtub had a dirty used bandage in it. Major structural problems being worked on and not told before hand. Outback was filthy with cigarette buts laying all over and undesirables blasting rap music. The room had a kitchen, but no pots, plates, silverware. I’m 100% disabled with a walker and a cane. The I was treated is totally unacceptable!

Bad experience

I had a bad experience with this stay. I was in so much pain recovering from surgery and the room quality was so terrible. The assistant GM was so rude and I accommodating. The quality of the rooms were poor. Furniture broken, falling apart. The cleaner did not properly clean the rooms to get rid of mold and mildew in the sink which caused a serious odor in the room. They said they were going to start renovating 9/15/2025 the day I was to check out so they were aware of the quality of the rooms. It was just a bad situation

Absolutely filthy! See pictures regarding carpet, couch, bedding, tables, dishwasher, tv, black mold and more. Washers/dryers gross and over priced. Booked through Expedia and they were helpful in trying to make things right. Extended Stay, nope! No help, no discount/refund/nothing. Tried to find another hotel the last night after seeing a mouse run across the hall right in front of me but couldn’t. Not sure where the staff was for extended periods of time but to end on a good note, one young lady at the front desk provided excellent customer swrvice and was apologetic, sincere and sweet.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uncooperative when I raised my concerns. Basic hospitality and cleanliness were clearly lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and hygienic stay.

My stay.

The hotel didn't have any pots, pans or utensils. One of the burners, on a two burner stove, did not work. There was no shower curtain. I was very disappointed in what they advertised and what was delivered! We will never stay there again!
