Had to wait 20 min when we arrived to check in because nobody was at the front desk. Just a sign that said they stepped away. 20 minutes later we see a car pull in and it was the front desk attendant. He had left the property and there was nobody else there to check guests in. Very frustrating. Other than that, room was great and property was well maintained.
