The hotel is NOTHING as depicted in the pictures. This hotel is ran down and dirty. They initially tried to put me in a room with a door that doesn't lock. I brought it to their attention at 3pm when we were leaving for the evening. We obviously couldn't leave our stuff in a room that does not lock, so we carried everything back to the car. We returned a little after midnight and the door still wasn't fixed. I went to the office and at first the man tries to tell me there was nothing he could do, then he offered me a room WITH NO SHOWER! He claimed he could not give a refund. A half hour later i was offered a different room with a door that locks and a shower. This room was dirty, and it stunk. Dresser drawers that are broken and used toiletries. This place should be condemned.

This property was not represented properly, we had to clean the room ourselves, but even with our efforts, we had to leave for another please due to my wife and sons having asthma triggers. If your single male, maybe ok, but there was suspicious people wandering around, sad place, needs a lot of work and hard hard cleaning to reach acceptability.

Very outdated and ghetto. The photos online DID NOT match up to what it actually looks like in real life. Run down dump. Never again. Wish I paid the extra dollar for something pleasant and not nerve wracking.

The property is aging but nicely kept. It is tucked in behind a busy thoroughfare (shielding it from the traffic noise). You can tell they take the time to repair the facility rather than let it crumble, which is how they manage to keep their nightly rate below most in the area. While not the fanciest, when you turn out the light at night it’s as good as a room twice its price. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

This is a worn-out, tired hotel. It appears that maintaining the property or updating it is not on their list. Holes in the walls, damaged drywall, shower that didn't work - just worn out and old. I left after the first night as I could not even take a shower and it was too late when I got back from work to move rooms. Sorry, but this is just an honest review. Please see pictures for the details.
Holes in the wall next to the bed that were not patched.
Cord cover just hanging and not attached to the wall.
Shower broken - couldn't take a shower in my room. Left after first night.
Not a true complaint but could use updating.

Framingham ,Massachusetts Monticello hotel room is all dirty and destroy .Went back sleep in my truck cab.Shower i took in truck stop on my way to destination.In parking around is junk yard with sinky garbage dumpster. I missed read reviews.Most dirty hotel in North America.I paid over $100 dollars.Many hotels at this prices are ok and many times very good.Scammers

We checked in, went to our room, and left shortly thereafter. The linens were clean, but the room overall was filthy. There was soap scum and hair on every surface in the bathroom. There was mouse droppings in the dresser drawers. The phone did not work, nor did the television. The refrigerator shelves were held in place with bungee cords. The stairway leading to the second floor smelled of urine.

This might be the grossest place I've ever stayed. The 1st roach i noticed was across the room, next to the wastecan. Not long after, one came to visit me on the bed. Then I saw one on the microwave. The next day I had 2 of them on on the table with the coffee maker. Then 1 appeared on the other bed. I also had 2 on the walls, and finally 1 more on the bed I was using again. Aside from that, someone had punched holes through the bathroom door at some point. The toilet hadn't been cleaned because there was hair and dried urine around the plumbing. The drapes in the room had something gross on them, and it wasn't stains. It was clearly thick and hadn't been washed. Food, vomit, or feces. I can't be sure which, but none of thise things belong on the curtains. There were many other issues that showed that the owners do not care about the property or their customers, but they minor campared to what I've already mentioned. I have photos from my stay, but the app is not allowing me to share them.

The hotel is very run down. It looks like it was once very nice. It was a perfect location for us and the price was right. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.
