The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff very helpful & friendly. Yes, the hallways were a maze, but what do you expect from a 200 year old property! Incidentally, awesome are in the halls!

A fantastic historical inn. Right in the center of town within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms are smallish but completely comfortable and very clean. The restaurant and tavern is excellent. Parking is ample and very convenient.

I love historic properties so this one was especially delightful close to so many sites of interest. Love the decor and all the Americana, with the history comes older facilities but if you can get past that it’s wonderful to stay in a charming original place. I especially enjoyed the dining options and decor- completed visit with a “shot heard round the world” shot glass for sale at the front desk! Great friendly staff as well.

Quaint, historic inn that has a good location and serves a good lunch. Given the design goes back to 1716 it is fairly small but a very nice place nevertheless.

Had specifically booked a room in the historic part of the inn but when I got there they didn't have any. But they did upgrade me to a suite! Very clean, comfortable bed. Check in employee was scrolling on his cell phone and ignored me and another guest so not super attentive. They do have free coffee in the lobby from one of those automated espresso machines. Location is terrific - you can walk everywhere.

Historical Inn in Concord, Ma. Staff was friendly. Uppised to be haunted but unfortunately we didnt see and ghosts!! No elevator just incase you have big luggage. Plenry of stairs. Found an excellent Italian Restaurant, Fiorella within walking distance. Plenty of cofee shops close by as well. Enjoyed our stay!

The Inn was beautifully decorated with colonial furnishings & lovely atmosphere. Our room was on the lower level just next to parking lot. It was very noisy at night when the workers came on to do laundry. They were loud equipment was banging on walls outside our room. They were.not considerate of guests resting or sleeping. Also, the room was not cleaned or towels changed or bed made. We stayed for two nights I was told they were trying a new system to conserve costs.
