They overbooked the hotel. Gave me someone else’s room. When we walked in there was clothes and suitcases all over the place. So they cancelled our reservation to “refund” our stay.
Front desk customer service was unprofessional to the point of her hiding in the back office to avoid speaking with us. No empathy…no apology.
