We stayed here just for one night as a little getaway. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was quite delicious. An easy walk from the Museum of Science and to the train station. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very busy weekend at this hotel. My room wasn't ready at 4 PM for check-in. At first, the front desk told me I needed to wait, but I was lucky to speak with a different staff member who upgraded me because there were no rooms ready in the type I had booked. This is how hotels should do it - if the issue is based on a hotel error, make it right! My only other issue was that the pool was unusable; it was so cold that the children refused to swim in it, and it was out of commission for quite a while because the hotel had drained the pool and discovered an issue. We booked this hotel for the pool, and not being able to use it was a big disappointment. Otherwise, it is a fine property with a good breakfast in a nice location.

The hotel was full with many families and kids. The staff handling the breakfast buffet did an amazing job keeping on top of replenishing food and drinks; clearing tables; and keeping space clean and organized.

Enjoy the overall area but this stay i had to play plumber and fix the toilet from stop running continuously before the maintenance guy showed also you can see through the door and door casing in my room 405... being a carpenter i could have done a much better install.... Other than those things every thing was fine...

Our stay was very smooth and accommodating. I don’t know if it’s my inexperience of staying at hotels but I thought that the crib provided for a baby was like an actual roll around crib? But it was a pack and play, if I knew that I would’ve just brought my own. I don’t think this is the hotels fault though. Breakfast was great and staff was so nice!

Excellent stay... Everything was within walking distance to us as we walked the city of Boston... The Freedom Trail was the highlight of our trip as it basically started as we stepped out of our hotel lobby with the USS Constitution right down the road.. The Free Breakfast was amazing, and the staff very welcoming and friendly... We will definitely be visiting Boston again as there is so much to do, and this hotel will be our home away from home when we come back to visit that beautiful city...

Generally I liked our stay. I thought the staff was generally pleasant. However there were too many issues I can’t overlook. In no particular order: -Floors were not very clean when we got in the room- dust and debris -light switch in bathroom cut my finger twice…somehow it was sharp -I brought our own cleaning supplies which for some reason were thrown out when I requested the trash be taken out -All vents in room were horrendously dusty -Cleaning people were very loud talking in the hall every morning; not looking to be woken up on vacation

Great place!

Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were very nice. The gentlemen at breakfast were so pleasant and helpful. Always maki g sure things were full and clean. Convenient and short walk to TD Garden.

This hotel is perfect! It is within 10 minute walking distance to TD Garden but yet gives a quiet vibe as it sits up against the water and you’re away from all of the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. Our kids also loved the indoor pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future!
