pleasant room with outdoor patio. friendly and helpful staff. short walk down Victoria Ave to cafes and restaurants. the room heater was old and a bit dusty and noisy, but didn’t need it much to warm the room a little

We stayed for two nights at The Avenue. It's a great location close to supermarkets and food locations. The room was clean and the pool was great too. I was surprised that the restaurant and bar were not available. This was not made clear when I booked.

Great price, rooms have been recently refreshed clearly and look lovely, beautifully styled. Location was brilliant and staff were awesome. Really appreciated the smart lamps in the bedrooms that wirelessly charged my phone. Bathroom could do with a bit of an update and balconies need a paint. TV Channels limited.

The toilet smelt funky, the jug had lime scale, nice big room but felt like a fish pond with large windows directly by a walk way had to use dirty blinds to get a sense of privacy. said it had a restaurant but when getting there it is closed due to a fire. pillows: need updating they look gross.
