I liked the privacy and that housekeeping wasn't knocking on my door all the time. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. I have stayed at the Sonesta in Burlington, MA for about 50 nights of this year (so far) and I will continue to stay there when I am need of a hotel in the area. The hotel was reasonably priced, so they don't have daily linen changing. Not a problem if you don't mind getting new towels from the front desk. Staff was very friendly. Location is across the street from a big mall. Lots of restaurants very close by. Room was big, with full-size refrigerator, two burner stove, utensils and silverware available, coffee pot, microwave. Close to Concord and Lexington (w/in 15 minute drive) if you are visiting the historical sites. Free parking if you sign up for their membership club.

Dump. Dirty. Seedy/shady clientele. Unsafe. Unclean. Ragged from the moment you walk in. From creeps lined up outside smoking, to a tattered awning and trash on the sidewalk. Even the guy that checked me in gave me unsettling vibes. Don’t be fooled by the pics you see online.l or that it’s in a decent area. After 11pm, doors lock and they use a security glass window to check you in - that says enough right there. Seemed more like a section 8 housing complex than a hotel. The rooms are “renovated” but they still feel dark, dated, and unclean. Dirty footprints in the tub, rusty handles, broken tub stopper. Low budget everything. Nothing feels new. Bugs all over the window sill. Thin walls. God forbid you get a room far from the tiny elevator - the hallway must be more than a football field long. Big trash bag sitting in the hallway. Wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons, but my goodness, it was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I considered moving but it was too late at night when I arrived. Read other reviews - fine for some people, others had similar, if not worse experiences. Pay the extra money and stay at Hyatt House. Btw - note to manager - no reason to respond to this message with an apology. It is what it is. Update your pics. You and I both know what you have up is misleading and looks nothing like your actual hotel.
