Loved our stay at the Westin Seaport in Boston. It's a beautiful hotel and was centrally located and walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do in Boston. Our room was well kept, spacious, and we had a partial view of the water. The lobby at this hotel was really cool, had the largest TV screen I've ever seen in a lobby.

You charged me two times!!! A second charge of $1,367.00 went to my credit card a month after my stay! I had to call more than 5 times to find someone to talk in your billing (no one on the front desk was able to resolve the issue) and the person was not polite and did not help at all. I think your business is trafficking in the fraud and neglecting your customers!
