While the room was very small, appreciated the efficiency of the space, every detail was thought of with typical amenities found in a traditional size room. As it was just me in the room, the size wasn’t a problem. Could not see how more than 1 person would be comfortable.

The bed was very uncomfortable—the mattress was flat, and the springs could be felt throughout the night. Additionally, the window didn’t appear to be double-insulated, as we could hear all the surrounding noise. There was also no mini fridge, which is typically provided in most hotels. On a positive note, transportation was easy to access and made getting around convenient.

The lobby area is very poor. There is no area for people to sit and relax. The rooms are extremely small so they should allow people to sit at the tables in the bar however we were removed every night. We had a family of 5 people that simply wanted to play a card game but were confined to a table that was very small. Simply not customer focused. I am not interested in returning to this hotel

Very convenient place to stay if you want to see Boston as a tourist. However, it could get too noisy and could affect your sleep and rest. (I guess thats the price to pay being inside the city). My wife And I do love our stay and surely met the purpose of our travel. The customer service is also excellent. If requested and if possible, They will allow early check-in or at least hold your luggage for you to start your journey in Boston as soon as you arrived at the hotel. The room Is adequate for our purpose and modern in many of its features.

Whilst not being ‘down town’ Yotel is within easy walking distance of tourist attractions. Seaport offers lots of dining opportunities and is a 10 minute walk from the marina. The room was clean comfortable and had everything needed for a quick tourist visit. Would recommend.
