Room good

Stayed on the club floor, it was a little tired. Club breakfast sub-par, but the staff was accommodating. Got charged for the upgraded internet when this was not selected. Still waiting for the manager to credit our account 9 day later? $17 per day to park in the garage, there is no other parking options.

Stayed here for a quick trip and unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The location was convenient, but the hotel felt outdated and not as clean as we hoped. The room had a musty smell, the hallways were noisy at night, the keys never worked on the outside doors & took several attempts to get to work at our room door! Housekeepers knocked on our door at 8:15 (a little early). Overall the experience just felt average for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I needed something close by.
