We asked for a quiet room on a holiday weekend so we maybe didn’t get one of their best rooms but it had a distinct odor when you opened the door. Was older, and basic but clean. The freezer in the refrigerator wasn’t working nor ice machine on floor. However, the staff were very nice and super friendly. The included breakfast was quite good and again lovely staff serving. It is situated right next to the Titanic museum and other attractions which was convenient. Also there is a Walgreens across the road which is useful. Not quite sure it was the best value as it was almost as much as a Hilton we recently stayed at although that did not include breakfast and wasn’t during a holiday weekend.

It was a weekend trip for 95th birthday. They fulfilled the request made in advance for extra pillows and everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed the clean and updated room.

Was not told at check-in that only towel service. We later had to ask for the room to be made up. Bedding paper thin and hard mattress. Main complaint was no inside access rooms were available as we were told those were only reserved for bus tour guests. We mistakenly thought that all rooms were inside access from location advertising that we saw. At approximately 150.00 per night this should have been a higher quality facility but we found it to be more like a cheap roadside motel.

The staff was EXTREMELY rude. The front desk was very "high and mighty" refusing to work with us on a room. They caused my two children to cry after yelling at us about how he is "the manager" and it was his call. He told us it was not his problem that there was an error and that asking for the manager was a waste of time.

Branson Pumpkin Trip 2025

Room was top notch as soon as the fumes from outside painting vented. The breakfast was great EVERY DAY! What drew us first off was the EV parking and free charging with level 2 chargers. I never had to wait to hook up and they were right outside the office so security was always there.
