This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

I would not recommend this hotel. The reviews made it seem like a reasonable option for the price, but my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the internet, which was extremely poor and unreliable. In a city like Brasília, where many guests travel for business, good internet is essential. The room had several practical problems. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, and most of the electrical outlets did not work—only one outlet in the entire room was functional. The room also had a large family-size refrigerator that was completely empty, while the television was no larger than a small computer monitor. The facilities feel outdated. The furniture is old, the walls need painting, and the bathroom needs renovation. Even the sink was unusually small and felt out of place for a hotel in Brazil. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness and good service were not enough to make up for the poor internet, lack of working outlets, and outdated facilities. I would not stay here again.

A equipe de funcionários é até prestativa. Mas, a instalação do prédio é antiga. O quarto estava com bastante poeira e não foi limpo durante a estadia. O chuveiro, se vc quiser tomar banho morno, tem que ligar 10 minutos antes e deixar a água caindo, pq é aquecido por uma tal de caldeira, que pra mim, não funcionou. O café da manhã é bem servido e com bastante opções.

Quando cheguei, o quarto estava sujo, sem toalhas e com os lençóis aparentando falta de troca. Havia lixo no ambiente, o que demonstrava que o quarto não havia sido devidamente preparado para receber o próximo hóspede. Durante os três dias em que permaneci no local, não houve limpeza do quarto nem troca de toalhas. Além disso, as áreas do prédio apresentavam falta de limpeza e o ambiente tinha um odor desagradável. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado.
