Overall my family had a good stay here. They offered a good variety breakfast. The pool area was nice as well as the gym. The front desk was helpful and staff were always very friendly. Our room was great with a full kitchen, kitchen table and separate bedroom. We definitely had a good amount of space for the 5 of us. My only thing was the bathroom. I will admit I have high expectations for cleanliness but I felt that there were a couple simple and affordable things that could have been done in the bathroom. The caulking in the shower was turning black... which just gave me a gross feeling. And the caulking around the bathroom toilet was also turning pinkish color. Minor things that would be fixed easily. Other than that, I felt we all had a good stay and it was a good experience.

The property was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The power did go out (the entire hotel lost power) for a few hrs with no explanation and no offers to compensate. I would still stay again but would hope the staff would communicate when issues like that happen.

Horrible stay! Check in is at 3pm. I attempted to check in at approx 3:45 and the manager Javier told me no rooms were ready. I had an event so I told him to problem solve . He came back with a room that was ready. No electricity for hours ! NO AC and windows did not open , NO charging phones, food went bad in fridge due to NO electricity. I asked for a discount or refund for the inconvenience and they did NOT. NOt even elevators worked due to power outage. They blamed city but they MUST have generators for emergency and did NOT.

Need more staffing during “continental breakfast” making sure kitchen area is clean and plenty of food for all guest. We waited 25mins for our room to be ready and our room was not the cleanest.
