Good location, on seafront near to city centre, no hotel parking. Breakfast is available but we had room only with sea view. Some late night and early morning noise from drinkers outside. Had a twin room, one bed comfy, one too hard. Bathroom OK but only one large towel and one hand towel provided. Reasonable value for city hotel

The hotel is very run down, paint is peeling everywhere, carpets are old, curtains in room hanging partly off and no cold water from the tap in the sink. The lift is very old and none of the indicator lights work. Windows dreadfully dirty.

The staff was AMAZING. I had multiple requests and needs and they met each one with grace and great customer service. However, one of the things I needed to ask was how to find my room. It's a maze and not well marked. Rooms were dark but large. Great location - easy to walk to the pier, the lanes. right on the beach

The whole place has gone downhill. The receptionist was clueless. The place looks run down. My room stunk of smoke. I've stayed here a few times and although I've had issues with it - it's now genuinely disgusting.

Awful rooms and condition

The room was disgusting- carpets were eaten away from carpet moths, stained and dirty. The walls were visibly damp to the point the paint was falling off at the slightest touch. Photos have been taken.
