Staff pleasant and helpful, room clean and meet expectations

Room was great clean with all the amenities I required. Great location with a lot of food options in this area, as well as Woolworth and Cole’s. Would stay again as it’s very convenient for our location of work

We had a double room and it was clean and spacious. Only thing that was not great was the lights in all rooms flickered when they were on which could be attributed to the storms that were happening in Brisbane but it was also happening when the storm had passed. There was also no privacy lock on the bathroom door. Other than that, the parking was good and although reception wasn’t open for the time we checked in and out (due to catching flights) the check-in process was good. Would stay here again as it’s close to Eat Street and the airport.
