We tried to get the tv working, my partner rang 4 times I rang 2 times but couldn't get Foxtel to work. IT kept telling us to turn off the box but there was no where to do that. Every room should be checked to make sure things were working properly. Also the table in room 57 was wobbly we almost spilt our drinks on the carpet. Disappointed!!

Old and can do with really good clean. Large stain beside the bed looked like someone had one too many strawberry daiquiri. Suspicious white stain on the other side of the bed. Scorching hot day and there is not air con on in the room when we arrived. Hallways stunk musty and down the very end near our room stunk like cat pee. Was not advised we where to be charged $100 key holding fee. Paid with Wotif but reception tried to charge me again. Pictures on Wotif and Bookings dot com are inaccurate. Lift is extremely old and scarey! Not wheel chair friendly. The lift is down 4 stairs. Bed was not queen size but was very comfortable. No lounge chairs in room like photos showed. Rooms are very soundproof.
