The whole experience was fabulous. The room was great, the staff (reception, kitchen, front of house, and cleaning) were lovely, and brekky was delicious! I would 100% stay again.

Nice room and lobby and nice staff was ok for one night but I won’t be staying again. Bed, very old and uncomfortable, linen, my sheets are better. Mini bar fridge needs serious fixing kept making very loud noises all night. The bottom of the shower curtain was brown around the whole edge. Like I said for one night it was ok. I’ve stayed at other holiday inn hotels and they have been great

Staff were nice, especially Min at check-in desk. The room and amenities (breakfast lounge) weren’t the cleanest however. The continental breakfast was better at other Holiday Inn Express’ we’ve stayed at.

Lovely staff, nice spacious clean room. Comfortable bed, and large bathroom / wet room. Great start to each day with the breakfast. Good location for Central train station and walking in to the city. Great value launderette on site.

It is fine. Just the lights a bit brilliant and the walls rather stark white. Shower in the bedroom is odd. Stickers make it mostly private - but not quite. Blinds in room are all up or down. Nothing in between. Odd choice of neon contrasts. Doesn’t age well. But it was fine for one night before flight and the location handy.
