Room was clean. Staff were very accommodating. The only thing was air conditioning unit needs replacing very noisy hard to sleep with it on.

Room was not clean, dirty towels left in the laundry tub. Things left under the bed , so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned shower had mould . Parking was good and secure. Staff communication great.

All was as expected, good clear directions to get there, collect keys, park car and then into the flat without issue. Clean comfortable appartment, very close to Southbank and with a 7/11 a few minutes walk away.

For the price all was reasonable but there was cloths in cupboard and hand wash in bathroom was empty so perhaps room clean should do a little better checking! Parking is great but awkward access when returning keys because of one way streets so perhaps they could have key return at exit!

The unit is in the Allegro building so when looking for Southside Serviced Apartments, you cannot see that name anywhere. It was fine for me as I just wanted an overnight stay to see a concert at QPac. Location is excellent. Instructions were clear. Overall - good

As I was on my own, I felt safe and other guests very quiet and friendly. Only downside was a homeless person sitting out the front on the wall all of the time, however didn't bother me in anyway.
