Secure designated parking, close to public transport and meal options. The apartment was clean with a good sized balcony and the kitchen was well stocked with meal prep utensils. We meet 3 different receptionists and a cleaner, all were very helpful and genuinely smiling. Much more welcoming than the normal blank faced, automated reception in large national motels.

Generous sized, light and airy one bedroom unit on 9th floor. Balcony was room sized and a real pleasure to sit and have breakfast on. Great views to Mt Cootha from unit. Nice pool. Room was not well maintained, air con didn't work well nor able to cool bedrooms. Couldn't raise blind, couch horrendously grotty. Bathrooms ridiculously unclean with mould Staff very receptive to complaints however even moving tooms wasn't any better
