My room was on the 2nd floor and the view was the neighbouring villas . It was clean and quiet which is more important than the view to me. Unfortunately there was no restaurant open on site during my stay ( Christmas week) which I had planned to use for breakfast and the Erving meal. However I the room had a full size fridge, a microwave and 2 stove elements. No toaster was allowed as it apparently triggers the fire alarm. That needs resolving. A sign said no toaster but you can get the hotel restaurant staff the toast what you need however there was no kitchen staff that week. The room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Staff both front reception and cleaning staff were helpful at all times and assisted me when needing anything. Over all a good place to stay but if restaurant and advertised breakfast facilities is to be closed for the week, prospective residents need to know ahead. After all , they would have none well before I made my booking.

Very friendly and helpful staff in checking in; very clean and reasonable price. Close to a main road but not too noisy for me. Only a 5 min walk to ferry terminal and a great ride into the city. Free parking at hotel, will be back.

Dangerous and constant water leaking from air conditioning interior unit, dribbling and/or dripping onto table and then running down the wall and curtains onto a double 240V power outlet, then onto the carpet. The first towel used to soak up the water was already wet when I arrived, so I used a second one and that was soon soaked as well. So I ended up grabbing the aprox 10 litre waste basket and that was 2/3 full by the morning. Plus the furniture and a 2 square metre section of carpet were both totally soaked.. The waste bin would have overflowed, if I hadn’t turned off the AC & even then water was still leaking out, as I’m assuming the AC from the room upstairs was also connected to the same blocked/damaged drainpipe and it was compounding the leaking issue in my room. It was about 10pm when I discovered the problem, so I decided to leave it until the morning to report the leak. They knew about it before I checked in and receptionist wasn’t very receptive about my concerns raised at check out time in the morning. Very sloppy all round!!

Unfortunately the receptionist at the hotel let the stay down. Money was taken from my wrong account and the refund took 2 weeks. I was told it was processed the day after I arrived and 2 weeks later it still hadn’t been following me chasing, the hotel was no proactive. Customer service really lets this hotel down.

On arrival the room was not as advertised. The bathroom light didn't work and carpet was old and dirty. Entrance to the Hotel was unsafe, we collected the keys and did not feel comfortable walking around. Undesirable behavior at the entrance and drunks heard in the room next door. We dropped the keys back and never stayed. Incredibly disappointed that this place is advertised as a place of comfortable and safe accommodation.
