The property is a bit older so shower over bath etc. but it was roomy, bed was comfortable, loved the lounge chairs, good sized fridge and nice balcony. It was perfectly located for our visit to the Gabba to watch football. We would definitely stay there again if needed.

We stayed a total of 4 nights and the only thing in our room changed was towels ONCE! We had to use the same towels for 3 days as each time we came back the reception was closed. Bed was never made not even an attempt to tidy. I always keep the rooms clean but this was very disappointing.

It’s a nice cosy apartment, very simple, the bed was soft and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area had everything we needed IGA restaurants, cafes and ferry service. Not sure if I would book it again for a holiday maybe just a stop over, due to it being right next to a main road, sadly there is no view and the shower head was not the best!

Husband & I stayed for 4 nights and found the apartment comfortable and clean. We were delighted when the lovely friendly young man on reception, informed us our room was ready for early check in. A little choc bar left on our pillows was a nice touch. Public transport is close by with bus around the corner and ferry a short walk. The one negative was the lighting. The light in the living area which is attached to the fan wasn't working, which also lights up the kitchenette, and the left wall light at the bed didn't work. We are in our late 60's and I found it difficult preparing food due to the dim lighting. I mentioned the lights needing attention in Room 10 to a female receptionist, so hopefully the lighting is fixed for the next guests. Aside from this, we were happy staying at The Wellington. It was our 2nd stay and would happily stay again. Thankyou to reception staff and cleaning lady!

Property is conveniently centre to walk to ferry. It’s safe to walk at night. Property is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Only complaint was the room needs a paint. But with the price I paid this can be overlooked. Great stay. Friendly reception staff.

Good location, decent stay.

Good location on kangaroo point. Decent kitchenette where we were able to make meals. Staff were helpful and friendly. It’s functional and clean. There was some noise in our room as we were right above reception (room 15) / the restaurant and bar so noise later ant night and cleaning started at 7AM so no chance to lie in. Other than that the stay was good.
