My room was on the 2nd floor and the view was the neighbouring villas . It was clean and quiet which is more important than the view to me. Unfortunately there was no restaurant open on site during my stay ( Christmas week) which I had planned to use for breakfast and the Erving meal. However I the room had a full size fridge, a microwave and 2 stove elements. No toaster was allowed as it apparently triggers the fire alarm. That needs resolving. A sign said no toaster but you can get the hotel restaurant staff the toast what you need however there was no kitchen staff that week. The room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Staff both front reception and cleaning staff were helpful at all times and assisted me when needing anything. Over all a good place to stay but if restaurant and advertised breakfast facilities is to be closed for the week, prospective residents need to know ahead. After all , they would have none well before I made my booking.

It was a great stay , the pool could have been cleaner , and there were no stairs apart from the emergency ones. It was in a great location due to the fantastic ferry service . A nice sports bar opposite and another restaurant 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous time in Brisbane

Very friendly and helpful staff in checking in; very clean and reasonable price. Close to a main road but not too noisy for me. Only a 5 min walk to ferry terminal and a great ride into the city. Free parking at hotel, will be back.

Wrong bed configuration (queen not two singles). Was told hotel was fully booked so was offered a trundle bed. This didn’t arrive. Eventually was offered a room with two singles! Suddenly the hotel was not fully booked. I don’t appreciate lies. Room and linen were clean though and apart from coughing in next door room it was fairly quiet.
