Location was fabulous short walk to the ferry service. Great restaurant at the apartments & liquor store across the road. Even IGA in next street. Had a wonderful stay.

I had booked a twin room with twin beds. On arrival I was told our room had been given away but they had given us a queen bed with a single. The single bed was a rollaway bed that was on an angle and very hard mattress, the balcony had a high wall that we couldn't see over and was very bare and not nice to sit on, and the bathroom had a shower over a bathtub that made it hard for my friend to get into (the twin room had a walk in shower). The room itself was very clean and had a full sized fridge and cooktop, and everything you needed in the kitchenette, the staff were very friendly and the location was great with public transport, cafes and supermarket all within walking distance.

We much liked the recently opened Thai restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool water was green with algae and not fit for swimming.

Pluses Good central area, walking distance to ferry, Localised dinning at Pub across the road----good size room with great view---good off street parking ,great location--Lady Manager at front desk very good---posibly she could Train Peter on customer comunication. Cons----the swimming pool needed cleaning---- Initial ckeck in put in small room--when queried put in room matching booking descrition----coffee saches suboptimal----
