Our family was going for a weeks vacation at Christmas and I booked this property through Expedia in September. In the beginning of December I was checking my reservation and the property manager told me she did not have our booking even thought I had a reservation number from Expedia. Very disappointed with the situation and luckily scrambled and found another property.
