We have stayed at Denham Grove for many years. However when we arrived on Saturday there was no-one on Reception and there was no bell for service. Asked a cle aner if there was someone to check us in and she went in a back room and then said she is on the telephone. A man who looked like he might be the Manager walked behind the desk and ignored us and went in the back room. About 5 minutes later a girl came out and with no apology said "Can I help you". This is not what we expect.. there should certainly be a bell to notify staff that a guest is waiting. This poor service is not what we have come to expect from this Company!

This was our 4th stay and very disappointing . Rooms had damp and peeling paintwork. Breakfast was awful, cold, dirty cracked glasses. Staff were ok but somewhat indifferent. Never again!!!

A nice hotel, quiet and off the beaten tracks of London. Only thing that was bad was all the kids making a racket at a pool party when i was trying to sleep before a night shift. If u are a nightshift worker request a room far away from the pool entrance. Food and drink is good and i would stay again

Denham grove a disappointing stay.

No hot water in the morning so I was unable to have a bath only a Luke warm shower. Cheap Plastic cups provided for the bathroom that had been used ,rinsed out and re wrapped they smelt disgusting. Room was adequately equipped, bed was clean and comfortable but overall not worth the money.
