Good overall for a budget hotel. Comfortable and quiet but they need to at least mop the bathroom and floor under the sink cabinet better. A monthly or at least quarterly deep cleaning of the rooms would be a great idea. Other than that, great place to stay for under $80. I paid closer to $90 Saturday night that hurt the bank a little bit again it's a good place to stay overall.

The walls were a bit thin and it was a bit noisy but thats not really the hotels fault. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was a great location being across the street from both Knotts Berry Farm and Knotts water park.

The whole area is in an okay area. Elevators look dirty and run downed. The buttons were broken. The beds were okay. It was on roller wheels so it moved a lot even if you’re just leaning on it. The bathroom was okay. Showerhead was dirty and needed to be left on to clean a block smudge on it. Overall you’re paying for cheap hotel. Don’t expect much.

Four day stay in Buena Park

We were surprised that they did not serve breakfast. We stayed there a few years ago and they had a wonderful hot breakfast, but they have discontinued that.
