Do not believe the reviews on this hotel very misleading. This hotel is not clean On arrival the room that was first given to us had people next door drinking and loud music. We switched rooms. Second room had cockroach in it. Do not stay here We are average family looking for budget but this was not good.

Pros: Location and customer service, and that’s it. Cons: The room was not clean. When we entered there was pieces of food on the ground/sink and hairballs next to the bed. There were weird white stains on the headboard and hairs in the bed, as well as the shower. Red stains on the curtains and stained lampshades. Also, there was a huge hole at the bottom of the outside door. Enough space to fit 3 fingers or more through and have bugs come through. Cleanliness is not their top priority whatsoever. Will not be staying here again! Definitely not worth the price. Although with the cons of the room you can’t beat the location.

I had a wonderful stay at the Buena Park Hotel! The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable—my room was spotless and clearly well-maintained. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process a breeze and checking in to make sure everything was okay. The continental breakfast was a nice perk, but the waffles were honestly the highlight—fresh, hot, and delicious. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The family rooms with 3 queen beds were very convenient for my family of 6! We had a great stay. We had the water shut off on the second day with zero warning or even a notice on why but fortunately we had all already showered! When we went to the fron desk they told us a pipe had burst and they had to turn the water off, which is understandable but they could've warned people begore turning it off. We also found some clothes under one of the beds and under a chair that did not belong to us, so that kind kind of killed the vibe for us.
