Just for one night's stay. Ok!

The beds were not that comfortable. There was no microwave when there should have been. The bathroom floors looked so dirty and there was hair in my bed before I even got into it. The hotel clerk and the security guard were really nice and helpful.

Sleepless night at Buena Park Hotel and Suites

Wish I would have taken pictures room smelled of raid and fabuloso. Scoffs on doors and walls, chips on all furniture. Very sketchy area and could not sleep comfortably. Pictures on hotel website are very deceiving

Hot water is mild at best and takes forever to get to that temperature. Walls are terribly thin and you can hear your neighbor snore and fart all night long. Room 164 is the absolute worst to have because you can hear every single guest arrive ALL night long unloading and dragging luggage, slamming car doors and talking loudly. Water pressure in the shower is nonexistent and the bed is uncomfortable. The bathroom door leaves no privacy as there are huge gaps in the sides and anyone on the other side can hear and see all your business. Breakfast is a carb fest with not an ounce of protein in site.

Satisfying Stay

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant room was nice, clean and organized the bathroom door was a sliding door and didn’t give much privacy. Other than that we were satisfied. This was a trip to buena parks local theme park so we were 10 minutes walking distance from knotts berry farm, there’s plenty of parking and front desk were very helpful they worked with my needs as far as room placement. Definitely recommend and will consider doing a family trip soon.

por el precio y la ubicación, no está nada mal.

Cumple para dormir, ubicado en un punto céntrico. Amplio y coqueto. Tiene sus áreas a mejorar pero por el precio y el costo promedio no está mal. me decidí por esta opción porque hablaban maravillas del colchon, sin embargo, los ruidos externos molestan mucho. El desayuno incluído es pan tostado, baguel o waffles, cereal, yogurt y café, nada de fruta u otras opciones.

The hotel is a decent option for a night or two, especially if you’re looking for a convenient location. It’s walkable to restaurants, entertainment, Knott’s Berry Farm (15 minute walk) and just a 5-minute walk to Starbucks and Porto’s. The lobby is clean, open, and welcoming, featuring a pretty staircase. Check in was easy and the front desk were friendly. The rooms are average. The queen beds were squeaky, and both the mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade. The flooring is all tile with no carpet, and while practical, it showed that it needed a better cleaning, as walking in socks left them dirty. Overall, we didn’t spend much time in the room since we were out all day, but for sleeping and convenience, it served its purpose well. The location is definitely the highlight.

Meh, it was okay.

Reserved a king, got 2 queens. Room in need of upgrading. Out dated furniture, paint chips, towel rack broken. Towels were terrible, small, thin and no washcloths. Beds were very comfortable. Nice sheets. Pool/jacuzzi closed at 8!
