Good property, clean and central location. Not much happening in the town over the 4 days we were there, lots of places closed for the holidays with the few remaining places open very busy and very limited facilities in the room. A microwave but only 2 saucer plates for example so we spent most of our stay exploring other areas. For a short stop over it was fine.

Stayed room 26 ground floor behind carpark, noisy and dirty, most terrible one is no internet access. Avoid this motel when you are going to Ballina!
