Beautiful resort. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area. We were upgraded to a suite near the pool over looking the ocean. Room was clean and spacious. Food at the pool and room service were very good, especially for an all inclusive resort. Hotel gym was large and well appointed. When planning restaurants there are great options at the hotel and at nearby Pueblo Bonito properties and golf course. We booked Fellinis which as at a sister property 30 mins away. While it was good, we wish we would have just stayed closer to the report. We tried the market for less lunch one day, just a 5 min shuttle ride from the hotel. A lot of good choices. We were happy with the resort and food. The only thing is we with the pool servers were a little more attentive. Sometimes hard to order and had to go out of our way to flag them down. We would come back again!

Staff and all inclusive was a plus Downside when booking I feel it very false advertising to put “ocean view” it was hardly close to the ocean and when trying to change it was explained that what we wanted was ocean front which wasn’t an option while booking . Great resort. Adults only - very quiet which was just what I needed. Food was ok not spectacular Service was great when we arrived but poor when checking out. Downside of the resort - no ocean access, had to travel to sister resorts for that. Also no on site entertainment.

Check in and check out was bit confusing. Also late checkout for being Expedia customer was only 1 hour which was not great, since there was no shuttle back to the airport after late check out.

Oscar at the Peninsula bar was excellent was there in 2018 service was much better then Management was responsive to our opinions

Better instructions for renting cabana. The website could offer more options. Would be nice to have food options outside of reservations needed for dinner

Israel our butler was fantastic, he really did a great job making sure we had everything. Make sure to tip the bar tenders up front to get service. Food was really good.

Rooms though they say ocean view can hardly see the ocean but other than that food was top notch . All our activities were cancelled but we still had fun in the sunset beach which we had access to
