THE VILLA

Five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom sleep 10 in comfort, with soaking tubs, an outdoor shower and ocean or canopy views. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens onto ocean-view terraces, the infinity pool and Jacuzzi, a spa terrace, and a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, an espresso machine and a full outdoor kitchen and grill. The exercise corner beneath the pool deck is accessed from outside the home and offers a treadmill, free weights and space for yoga. A cold plunge is available on request; please ask before arrival. The house is solar-powered, with premium bedding, pool and beach towels, and pantry essentials to get you started. Howler monkeys often visit the trees in front of the deck in the morning, along with iguanas and rare birds, so bring binoculars.

YOUR PRIVATE CONCIERGE

Seven, Villa Zaya's own concierge, meets you on arrival for a full orientation and is available daily by WhatsApp to plan and book anything: sunset catamaran sails, snorkeling, surf lessons, zip-lining, chocolate and coffee tastings, private chef dinners, in-villa massages, airport transfers and grocery stocking. Housekeeping is included Monday through Saturday, between 8 am and 2 pm.

RESERVA CONCHAL

Shared Reserva Conchal amenities include access to Playa Conchal, the residents-only Beach Club with two pools and loungers, a nearby air-conditioned fitness center with gym card included, tennis and pickleball courts, and forest trails through a wildlife refuge. Court reservations are arranged through the concierge. Kayaks, paddle boats and bicycles are available through the Beach Club; ask about current availability and terms. Golf, lessons and rentals, spa treatments, restaurant meals and drinks are charged separately. A complimentary resort shuttle links the villa to the beach, golf club and hotels. The reserve is gated with 24/7 security and your names are pre-registered at the gate. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
