This was an unforgettable stay. Sometimes you read great reviews and question if the property will line up to your expectations, this certainly did and more. The staff had great recommendations, the room was open with lots of light, great AC for peak summer heat, large variety breakfast, daily room cleaning and more. First stop of our trip in Italy this summer and already think this will be our best stay of the vacation. For great restaurants and activities, Marco has you covered! With love from Canada.

We were in Cagliari for just a couple of days and wanted a hotel where we could walk into the city center, but also one that was quiet. Bingo. The property is beautiful and includes a nice outside area where you can eat or just relax. Rooms are well designed. Staff was helpful. Parking is where you can find it, but staff helped us get a nearby spot.

Top choice in Cagliari

Excellent service at this stylish and elegant hotel centrally located in Cagliari. Very comfortable and firm bed. Breakfast buffet is nice with variety, would be better if some more salad is available. It’s the second time of my stay and still find it highly recommendable.

Buyer beware!! Our first stay at Hotel Villa Fanny in November 2023 was great. 5 stars so we came back for our Saturday, February 8th 2025 anniversary. Villa Fanny had rented their banquet room for a birthday party with loud sound system. It’s only a 2 story hotel with basement banquet, eating area, and bar in the basement floor. We listened to BOOM, BOOM, BOOM through the evening. My wife had enough when after midnight the BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, kept going!! She called the desk and told the night clerk to do something. I requested a partial refund for the one night, our wedding anniversary, from the day manager on check out day. My request was denied. We only saw one other couple staying at the out of season hotel. Villa Fanny showed no desire to reciprocate us as actual guest. The rented party goer’s were their priority. We spent 24 travel hours to arrive in Cagliari, Sardinia from Dallas, TX. Money, not serving their few guests, was their priority. We consider ourselves taken advantage of. Be warned to ask if the hotel has rented their “ banquet room for a party of locals!
