Unfortunately the room smell of mildew and I mention this to housekeep as the brought us an extra bed and her comment was … oh this is usuall for the floor to smell like this….. I was not impressed as I mentioned this to the reception when booking out. Also the pillows where very uncomfortable… as a regular customer to Hilton it was nit happy.

From the minute we arrived the staff were professional, engaging and so very friendly! They were quick to answer our questions and gave us some ideas also that were super helpful. The room was quiet and the location was ideal. I had also received, weeks earlier, a welcome letter which was just another way that made us feel welcome. The staff were just wonderful, from reception to the dining / breakfast staff. Not just friendly but above that. They would spend time chatting with us and were always warm and inviting. We will definitely use this hotel again. The staff are so friendly and professional. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and this made our stay even more memorable. Strong smell of dope on Sunday afternoon coming from an adjacent room,unable to sit outside and enjoy the views.it ado stunk out our room.reported it to reception,no follow up.Was told at time of checkout the next day that the smell was coming from down the road which is absolute rubbish,it was coming from one of the rooms. This is our fourth stay at your property and I am evaluating whether to stay there again in January.
