Rooms were lovely and clean. Staff very helpful. I was caught off guard with having to pay $30 a day for parking, so moved car around free parking on the Esplanade.

The rooms were really clean, staff were really friendly. The location is close to the shops. But I don’t know why you are saying they have in room massage when they don’t

Our room was ready in a timely manner and all the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. It was also lovely that house service called in to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything even when the room had already been serviced during the day. Our room was nice and clean. We did enjoy the breakfast service provided every morning which was lovely. We also enjoyed the evening service of canapes and drinks. The only negative was that even with such a huge TV there wasn't any options for us to login to our streaming services - like Netflix etc or cast to it due to the TV not being on a network. we had to watch basic digital tv which was quite painful. We did also on checking out raised an issue with the room that there was water ingress coming through the ceiling in the main bedroom. Overall we'd highly recommend staying here.

We stayed four nights at Shangri-La The Marina, and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The magnificent marina and ocean views from our room were a standout feature, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is exceptional—central, convenient, and within easy walking distance of the Esplanade, restaurants, and local attractions.

Check in was ridiculously inefficient. Talking to others that were already checking in, no welcome. Just, pay for parking, need credit card deposit all about money. Also tried to overcharge for washing Would not stay there again
