The open-plan living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, with plush seating, a wall-mounted TV and direct access to the balcony. Air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure ultimate comfort.



The galley-style kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and generous bench space, connecting to the dining area where a four-seat table invites leisurely breakfasts and easy evening meals. Beyond, the private balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering a front-row seat to Cairns' waterfront, marina and mountain backdrop. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or watching the city lights emerge at sunset, it's an ideal place to soak in the elevated outlook.



The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a king bed and expansive windows overlooking the city and mountains beyond. Additional sleeping space can be arranged with the double sofa bed in the living area. Please let us know before arrival so we can provide extra linen for your stay. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, offering the choice of a quick refresh or a leisurely soak after a day of exploring. A dedicated laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board adds convenience for longer stays.



The complex features a 25-metre lap pool, a lagoon-style recreational pool and a fully equipped gym. Four restaurants, a supermarket and a liquor store are conveniently located within the complex, placing everyday essentials just moments away. On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.



Please note: Check-in is available between 3:00 pm and 12:00 am (midnight), seven days a week. If your expected arrival time is after 12:00 am, please do not book this property.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home! You'll also have access to the complex facilities, including a 25-metre lap pool, lagoon-style recreational pool and fully equipped gym. Four restaurants, a supermarket and a liquor store are conveniently located within the complex.

Perched in the heart of Cairns City, this address puts you steps from one of tropical North Queensland's most vibrant and walkable waterfronts. The Cairns Esplanade is just steps away, a beloved boardwalk where locals and visitors jog at sunrise, picnic on the grass, and watch birds glide over the mudflats at sunset. When it comes to dining, you're spoilt for choice without ever needing a car, with renowned waterfront spots including Salt House, Villa Romana, Piato, Dundees on the Waterfront, and Waterbar & Grill Steakhouse all within easy reach. For something more casual, the Cairns Night Markets are a three-minute walk, alive every evening with multicultural street food, while Rusty's Markets, a 12-minute walk away, is a local favourite spot for tropical fruit and fresh produce. Parking: Undercover parking is available within the complex on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply look for any space marked with an "M" and pull right in.



Airport: Cairns Airport is a convenient 10-minute drive away.



Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is just a four-minute walk from the complex.

Amenities

We provide a generous amount of amenities as a "start up" for your stay. These include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dishwasher & laundry sheets, toilet paper, tissues, salt/pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee & sugar. If your stay is longer than a few days, you will need to top up to suit your needs.



Linen/Towels

Our linen is hotel quality and professionally cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. Additionally, we have bath mats, hand towels, and face washers. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests to ensure our linen provision suits your needs.



Bag Storage

Bag storage before or after your stay is available at Stasher Luggage (next to The Jack Hotel), 52 Spence Str, Cairns.
