The location is great. Close to Kensington and many other amenities. It’s going through a renovation, but I had one of the renovated rooms which was really nice. I had a weird smell coming into the room through the heating unit. We let the front desk know and they were very eager to help. I don’t think it was anything to do with the service though. They offer a really nice breakfast. Great perk.

Great bang for your buck!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were good. Rooms were clean. Hotel a bit outdated, but was great for the price. We got locked out of our room three times as the key wasn’t working. Location was also great. A little detail we loved was that the hand soap was liquid!

We were upgraded to the executive suite at no charge, the room was very nice, but the bathroom was in poor condition with paint peelingon the ceiling and signs of mold. Pocket door to bathroom was very dirty as well
