There was a hockey team staying in the hotel at the same time as I was and at 7 am they had small children running up and down the hall screaming. Then the pool was closed the Saturday night, and our room had no hot water to shower on Sunday morning! I had emailed the hotel with my complaints and never even received an acknowledgment of the email. Poor experience, and won’t be staying again!

Had to change rooms three times as there was hair and stains all over the bedding in each room. For a Holiday Inn I was very disappointed by this hotels cleanliness. I would never stay here again!
