The room was very clean, but cold, receptionist gave us another room as couldn’t get heating to work, had same problem with the next room. She couldn’t get it to work either but brought us a heater which warmed the room very quickly. She was very good & came back later to check it had warmed up. Would definitely recommend hotel to others

The reception staff member who checked me in was very unhelpful and seemed like he didn’t care much . Overall poor experience! The carpet in the room was stained , the lift was very poorly maintained with strong smells

I just want to praise Candice on reception when we checked in. She was exceedingly helpful and understanding in trying to find a suitable room for us. She dealt with it very professionally and we couldn't have asked for it to be dealt with any better.
