This was a great hotel to stay at! Rooms were super clean and we had a nice view of the Ocean. The only bad thing I can say was you could not change the temperature of the room, but they did supply a fan which helped cool the room down and you could also open the window. A large buffet breakfast in the morning was very delicious! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

the property was very nice. the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. at one point, we asked for some more coffee and a man said he would send someone up, but instead, he brought it up himself and we really appreciated the personal touches. we had a few minor problems with the room, but the staff was very understanding and helpful. Its a slightly more expensive hotel and the room service was extremely over priced.. but other than that, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend.

The hotel itself was fine, but when I arrived, I discovered that their hotel was out of order, so my disabled mom wouldn't be able to access the supposedly accessible room that I booked. The first staff member said sorry and seemed fine with us walking out with nowhere to stay. However, another staff member started calling around and found us a good room in another hotel. She gets five stars for resolving the problem, and I'm thankful to her. The other staff member had a very "that's your problem" kind of attitude when we said we had booked an accessible room specifically for my mom, telling me to check my emails for the notification from them. I checked email, spam, junk, everything and there was no notification about their out of service elevator. I've stayed in this hotel before and it was fine but never again. It's old, broken, and staffed mostly by millenials who think their entire job is limited to the screen in front of them.

Good for a couple of nights for event

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, the check in was quick and the breakfast that was included was great. The rooms are very small and so is the elevator, which was making some very loud noises all night long. It seemed to improve over the duration of our stay or maybe I just got used to it. Overall it was ok for a 2-night stay for a soccer tournament.

We were there for an overnight getaway and spent most of our time outdoors. Front desk rep was very helpful and personally brought us an extra coffee cup and decaf pods with cream to use with the in room coffee maker. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, however only the jets on the feet worked. Overall we were satisfied with our visit and would stay there again if an opportunity presented itself.

Not sure if it was a smoking room, if so I will be sure to request a non smoking one next time (it was quite smelly) but otherwise clean, very comfortable bed, and friendly staff, and lots of nearby walkable options for dinner and shopping.
