When I got there around 3pm the lady who checked me in was nice and friendly and said my room was ready. When I got to my room there was someone cleaning and vacuuming. I waited for aboit 25 minutes in my car then came back and my the guy in my room was still there. When I asked him when the room will be ready he said that he was not informed that the room was going to be given to me. I was then given another room and inside was cold and the place looked clean but didnt feel clean. In the washroom there was a light socket that had no light just the wires. There were permanent white stains on the sink counter. The longer I was there the colder it got. I checked out the same day I could not stay there.

I booked a luxury room based on the pictures shown on the website, but when I arrived, the room I was given was completely different—much simpler and lacking the amenities advertised. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, they still charged me for the luxury room. This feels like false advertising and poor customer service. If you’re booking here, be aware that what you see online may not be what you get. Definitely not worth the price.

2-star hotel, 2-star experience.

Check-in was a breeze. They still use those old magnetic cards for room keys, and I had forgotten how sensitive they are, so I had to get my keys reissued. The room was decent, but the air conditioner wasn’t installed correctly, making it drafty. The beds and bedding were clean, but the fridge was filled with old, moldy food from previous guests. The microwave was in fair condition, but the tap for the sink was loose. The sink itself was damaged, and initially, it looked like blood, but upon closer inspection, it seemed to be the material the sink was made of. The toilet was functional, but it was a bit short. The TV was a bit older, and the reception was poor. The TV remote was almost dead. Due to the draft, there were mold spots around the doorframe. We also noticed that the wood used for the air conditioner was damp. Overall, it felt like a 2-star experience. We won’t be returning.

The owner did the absolute bare minimum to make the place comfortable or cozy. Mattress was uneven, pillows were actually pillow shams, there was minimal decoration. Bottom line is this property should not be used as a boarding house; someone is just trying to make the most money by renting out individual rooms that have to all share a bathroom. I got called en route to tell me there was a problem with paying for my room, when the property should have dealt directly with hotels.com or expedia. Badly done.

The toilet was broken. The sink water wouldnt drain. No phone in room. The internet stopped working 4 hours into my stay. A child size blanket on bed. Drunk people shouting outside my window most of the night.
