We really enjoyed our stay as a family of four, with two toddlers under 5. The kids loved the pools, and the kids club. It was handy to be able to have dinner alone as a couple and pickup our kiddos next door. We liked how compact the resort is, and how quick it is to get to the beach, your room, or dining. Our only suggestions are that it would have been nice if our backyard pool was heated, as January is relatively cool. Our personal pool while a perk, was under-utilized as a result. We also would suggest more and more variety in the buffet, including dinners and at breakfast as these get repetitive. Otherwise very lovely resort and would recommend to families.

I loved the freedom of being on vacation and not looking at a bill or stressing over how much money we might have spent already. I loved ordering anything I wanted to, knowing I could order more if I was still hungry. I loved having any cocktail I wanted while watching live music during sundowners. All we had to do was kick back and relax and enjoy our time together and its was AMAZING! The staff and location/facility GREAT! We will be back!

Inside and outside balcony tub were extremely old, dirty and stained. The jets and handles are rusty. My toilet seat was broken. You can’t make reservations at restaurants. Its first come first serve with 2-4 hours of wait time leaving you no option but to order room service or the quickest was the buffet and they were horrible food options. Over all the food was really bad. In order to rent a cabana you have to purchase bottle service and the price for the bottle was outrageous.

The overall stay was great. All staff were wonderful. It’s a little noisy being a destination wedding venue. Weddings daily and receptions on the beach until 11:00. The restaurants are good! Wish they started lunch service at 12:00 and dinner at 6:00pm.

We were greeted by friendly staff when we got there. Staff was always helpful and there were several dining options. You had to get down to the pool area early to save a spot otherwise there were limited spots available. Evening entertainment was very good as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and the pools/facility were clean. The beach was our biggest complaint. There was a ton of seaweed (which I know is out of the resort’s control), but there is hardly any chairs or places to hang out on the beach. Plus the website says there are multiple water sports included in your stay but there were none available (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkels… etc.). Our other issue were ALL the weddings. We stayed from Wednesday-Monday and there were at least 1-2 weddings every evening so you couldn’t hang out by any pool or beach area after 5ish without feeling like you’re in the way of the wedding or listening to the service/reception.

The experience was amazing, staff was so friendly and helpful everywhere you go. The beach was beautiful. I went with my best friends and we love taking picture so we were glad there was many “astheticly pleasing” places in the resort to take pictures. I wish we would’ve stayed longer, it was an amazing time. I would recommend having other activities booked outside of the resort so you can have more fun but other than that there is a lot of daily activities you can do in the resort.

Great property & what you would expect of all inclusive food (not mind blowing but good enough). Some restaurants were unexpectedly closed for dinner so hard to keep up with the times & others were picky about dress code despite us being formally dressed (it’s vacation, why no shorts??). #1 word of advice; be careful of what room you choose!! The wind was blowing so hard It sounded like horns were outside of the window the ENTIRE night. I’ve never had to sleep with headphones before this. We were already halfway into the stay so i didn’t formally complain, but It was brutal! Overall would recommend

The entertainment was amazing! Uzzy & Giovanna are outstanding! Everyone was so so accommodating. Staff & everyone are extremely kind & helpful & ensure you have the best experience!
