This is my third time in Cancùn and I must say, it was an ok stay for me. This resort is not tailored for international visitors, it is more so a vacation spot for Mexican citizens. I am used to a welcome gift when I arrive- there wasn’t any. The restaurants only offer VERY LIMITED choice, mainly pork-and I do not eat pork. There was an instance where a worker absolutely refused to help me. I was standing in line to sign up for an event and she kept calling the people behind me; waving her hand no!!! Every time I walked up. I reported her, but no follow-up from the resort. There was entertainment one night, due to the hotel anniversary- THAT WAS GREAT but that’s it. Therefore, my review is just ok.

I didn’t like the service I received there. I had to ask numerous times for service. It felt like they didn’t see me. The drinks were watered down the only drink was good was the red wine. The room wasn’t mopped. I had to get toilet paper from my cousins room. The food was average. Just hamburger, chicken, French fries. No quesadillas or tacos. The timing for food was very odd. I would go back to Mexico but not there. I wasn’t too happy there for my birthday. Especially the service. They ignored me and cousin. Smh

Everything was great. The back of the hotel was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was the entrance the rooms still need a little bit of updating like painting the bathroom that was in my room was really foggy. There was no air ventilation other than that, everything was really good. The staff was amazing when it came to the food. The food was okay I expected more of a Mexican traditional food. There were no seafood options. I ordered a burger and I wanted jalapeños. The lady told me jalapeños were not available with hamburgers orders only for nachos 😏😏😔. Even though I was unhappy with my burger, she was an amazing waitress. Her named was Sara I gave her a compliment on a little star. She had her face and she told me how to do it even though it had nothing to do with the food order. All around the hotel was good. The only thing I didn’t like about it was ordering drinks at the bar the one in the lobby area The first time I went Sunday 7/20/2025 everything was good but the night after that07/21/2025 , the person that was in charge of the bartenders was a little bit rude, and told me that certain drinks wren’t cover by my bracelet He made me feel like I couldn’t pay for my own drink, which was stupid. Don’t remember his name but he was a total d. Any who the next morning before we left in the morning staff was amazing. 07/23 the manager in charge in the morning told us to come back and was glad we came to visit. Waiting line to eat very disorganized and disappointing. I’ve stayed in one of the pool rooms and paid more for it..outsiders were entering the “private” pool all the time and seating in people’s balcony as it was theirs making it very unsafe to leave personal belongs in it or even the balcony door open. When talking to the hotel staff they don’t care at all. Very few of them are friendly and polite. Kuddos to Jesus, Diego, Axel and Sophia.

The photos were deceiving , our fort room had a strong humidity smell , the room has nothing to do with the photos in Expedia , food very limited and without taste, the bathroom was dirty look. We requested to change room with a better smell, still nothing to do with the amenities in the photos , the tub water faucet was broken and was put back backside lol and the piece to allow the water to come out by the shower was broken jjj we had to use big plastic glass to shower. Not too many options of food, and drinks. The Italian restaurant that is only with reservation do not go. The only with worthy was Josue (Haitian) in the activities reservation department , very friendly and helpful !!!

Receptionist seemed to be annoyed every time we needed something, she also did not mention most of the things that were included in our “all inclusive” it wasn’t until the very last day we finally got told by another guest there about the different things included in our “all inclusive”. Rooms are extremely outdated no working outlets rusty light fixtures broken tv broken outlets in the bathroom that seemed somewhat dangerous, the bathtub was full of grime around drain and shower head looked like it had not been changed out since they opened. The staff is 80% extremely friendly just a few people who seemed annoyed when asking for help. I had been coming to this property for close to ten years, last time being a few years back, the quality has dropped tremendously and unfortunately we will never be back here.
Mirrors was like this all along the edges
Rusted lights that dont work making the room dim
Ceiling tiles were water damaged and then painted over but still rusted and did not seem safe
Outlet next to bathroom sink used for hair dryer looked like a fire hazard, did not hold plug in would slightly slip out exposing the connection

This hotel was amazing on my God. So clean and cool not to mention the food. I don’t usually have appetite to eat trust me I ate so much here. The food was so good.
