Was not able to check in until 7pm. Staff and food was terrible. I purchased all inclusive and it was not all inclusive . The fridge was empty not even water . No room service . No one to help with problems . The resort is garbage !

Over an hour to check in-then upon arriving at our room, they were varnishing the furniture, the smell gave me an instant headache, gave us another room with 2 full size beds. Had no coffee pot and nothing in frig- took them two days to get a coffee pot and water and soda. The room was filthy and toothpaste behind the toilet and globs of hair on the wall- This is not an all-inclusive-you were limited on restaurants and bars where you can go. I could go on, but let me assure you, I will never patronize Oasis ever again.

Well it was definitely false advertising for this resort if you wanted top accommodations you would have to book thru the hotel itself workers were friendly and super over worked Buffett were dirty or always the same we paid for all the other restaurants cheap booze let me see pools by stage looked like people pissed in them poor conditions it was definitely a huge disappointment will never go back oh here’s the kicker you can’t order room service until you change the bracelet do not go basic

Very old place, the elevator wasn’t working most of the times and there was a lot of people using the installations that weren’t guests. The food was poor and not very diverse, some of the staff were not very polite and warming. For sure I wouldn’t go back, I don’t recommend unless you have a very tight budget.

The food was good. We upgraded to black wrist band so we had access to better restaurants. Lots of young crowds on spring break. The beach is rough. Overall I would not return.

Immediately after arriving we were greeting by hotel staff. And told this employee would help us to our room. He was basically trying to sell us another stay at the hotel and wanted us to come to a special breakfast the next day we we would receive a special gift after listening to a talk. I get the guy was just doing his job. We politely refused many times but he was very persistent. Just left a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again

Rooms had mold and not clean. Good food was hard to find, and the lines to get drinks were extremely long. Night life was fun, pools and ocean was nice. Best food was the Hippy Chic and the outdoor food court. Steak house was decent. If you vape, do not buy any from people or stores. They do not work. Use the vending machine by the pharmacy off the resort.

That hotel is very dirty, the treatment of people is very ugly, they treat people badly, they don't clean the rooms, they just come in and make the bed and leave, I have photos of what I said, the food is terrible and, mind you, they are two hotels in one, but if they give you the blue handle, you can't do many things because the pyramid, which is another one next to the oasis, has more things than the one you pay to stay at. Also, I arrived early at the hotel and they didn't give me a room until 5 in the afternoon. The truth is, I will never return to that hotel again in my life. ese hotel esta bien sucio el trato a las personas son bien feas tratan mal a las personas no limpian las habitaciones solo entran y tienden la cama y se van tengo fotos de lo q digo la comida esta malisima y ojo son dos hoteles en uno pero si te ponen la manilla azul no puedes hacer muchas cosas por q el piramide q es otro q esta junto al oasis tiene mas cosas q donde tu pagas para estar tambien llegue temprano al hotel y no me dieron una habitacion asta las 5 de la tarde la verdad no regreso a ese hotel mas nunca en mi vida

The fridge was empty upon arrival Not full as advertised. I informed 5 different staff and still wasn't ever filled. House keeping constantly forgot to leave clean towels or beach towels. Other than that, the resort is beautiful. Pools are pretty clean, multiple food choices, and a 15min away from Isla Mall and other attractions.

Very limited food option compare to pyramid which is basically same price resort. I requested room change or upgrade on the day that i checked in and front desk promised for room change on the second day but never happened. I reached out customer service but no reply ever from them. I wasted 3 days trying to change my room as i can hear other people staying beside me watching TV at 2am and talking on the phone late night when i was trying to sleep with my children.
