I wouldn't come back to this property. I travel to mexico a lot and have stayed at a lot of nice all inclusive resorts. This resort advertised as being all inclusive but when we requested room service and more beer for our room we were told no, room serviceis only for the pyramid and we had 4 beers in our room for the day. The restaurants were hard to get to from our hotel with a lot of the restaurants having extra charges. The bathroom in our room was dirty around the toilet, the curtains and the pillow cases. When we asked housekeeping noone could help us because they didnt speak English. The buffet was hardley a buffet. I was very disappointed and happy to only have stayed a few days.

Best part about this resort is the beach. Rooms are very old and everything in them needs an upgrade. Pool and beach services are non-existent. Average food options and quality. Unenthusiastic employees rarely willing to do anything to make you feel valued. I would not stay here again.

The environment in the hotel is very good, lots of pools and activities, good for families with young children. Staff services are responsive. However, the room is old. There’s a smell in the room. All inclusive price doesn’t include every restaurant except buffet. It takes more than two days or longer to book the steak house.

The property is beautiful! We booked an all inclusive resort but when we got there, found out it was not all inclusive and we had to pay extra to have access to several restaurants. We were also excluded from certain areas of the resort. The buffet had the same food everyday and did not provide more of a variety. The bathrooms on the facility were not updated and had strong sewage smell.

The staff was very friendly. Very maintanied and beautidul grounds with clean pools and lots of bars around. The food is pretty average and if youre looking for more choices you will need to upgrade to a black wrist band. Otherewise buffets and mediocre lunch options are plentiful with a regular wrist band. Buffets were actually pretty decent though. 2 swim up bars and bars all throughout the facility make steong drinks which was nice and dos equis on tap. The rooms are slightly dated but i loved how every room gets a balcony and the beds were very comfortable. So overall i would reccomend this place if your looking for a good price and fun atmospehere.

I would never go back! -Check in was supposed to be 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until after 4 pm. Not a big deal except you don’t get access to the restaurants/ bars or wifi until you have a room number. After a long day of travel, this was irritating. -There aren’t enough loungers pool side for all hotel guests so you have to rush out in the morning to claim your spot. -The beach has eroded away. It’s roped off and you can’t get to the water. -Tons of restaurants on property, but they don’t mention that most of them are buffets. Other restaurants require a “higher level all-inclusive bracelet”…which was never explained or given the option to buy -Food was not good. Most restaurants and buffets had the same options/ menu across the property. Ended up getting sick from the food. By and large, this seemed like a place where local Mexican teenagers go for Spring Break. That was the majority of the crowd. Which meant loud music playing until about 10:30 pm, and loud crowds until 2 am. One of the only positives: The staff were friendly and helpful. Most staff members spoke English. We go to Mexico every winter. We have stayed at plenty of resorts and this was by far the worst. Would caution you to steer clear!

It was not good at all. The toilet was not flushing. The shower was broken. There was not hot or cold water for several hours everyday. The rooms smelled like mold. There was no blankets on the beds. Asked for blankets and brought after 3 days. The food was bad. The only good thing wax the garden and ocean views. I will never go back to this resort.

Here is a detailed list of the problems I faced during my stay: 1. I booked a double-bed room, but was given a small single-bed room. After requesting, I was given a new room with two beds but two beds connnected. Before go to sleeping, I fount no water and no blankets in the room. I requested these items twice, and although staff promised to deliver them promptly, but they didn’t. I got them until the next afternoon after I repeated complaints and got upset. 2. All the managers displayed an extremely arrogant and rude attitude. No one ever offered an apology for the inconvenience caused. 3. The room had cockroaches, the bathroom had no ventilation. The shower fixtures were outdated, the door to the balcony was broken, we were not able to open it until the last day. 4: the shower water that caused severe eye irritation when used for bathing or washing face normally. 5. Guests were using reused cups to play in pool but no staff intervened to stop this behavior. After that, these cups were taken back for reuse. 6. Cups, plates, and utensils in the restaurant were visibly dirty, with leftover food and sand on them

YOU WILL NEED THE BLACK BRACELET WICH WILL GIVE YOU ACCES TO EVERHITHING, FOOD IS TERRIBLE, NO TASTE, NO FLAVOR.THE HOTEL ROOM THAT I PAID (STANDARD DOBLE BED) IN MY OPINION IS VERY OLD AND IT REALLY NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED, THEY CHARGE A FORTUNE FOR THE ALL INCLUSIVE BUT WHEN YOU BOOK IN EXPEDIA THEY NEVER TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAID EXTRA AT THE HOTEL TO HAVE ACCES TO THE PIRAMIDE RESTAURANTS. THEY HAVE A CASINO WHERE YOU PAID WITH DOLLARS AND THE MONEY IF YOU WIN, THEY GIVE YOU PESOS, THEY HAVE A KINKIS CABARET SHOW TO MY TASTE VERY POOR. ALSO, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDRENS SINCE THIS HOTEL IS A LGBT FRIENDLY COMUMITY YOU SEE THAT IN THE WHOLE HOTEL! THERE IS A LADY WATCHING THE INFINITY POOL, SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAID 1500 PESOS TO BE ABLE TO BE IN THERE. ON TOP OF WHAT ALREADY PAID!! THEY RUN OUT OF FOOD AND THERE IS NO TACOS IN MEXICO??? NOT A REAL TACO? THEY JUST OFFER CHICKEN TACO OR BEEF TACO POOR SELECTION OF FOOD. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL RESORT
