Resort would not let me make dinner reservations because we were only staying for one night. Fortunately, when we got there, they did change their mind. The bathroom was gross. The toilet would not flush and always standing water in the shower.

We had black mold allover the bathroom sealing, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work, the buffet was a disaster, they had tree restaurant closed because it was a low season, they had the A/C in minimum at the lobby, the music was really bad every were you go in the resort and they don’t let you use a Bluetooth speaker either, the breakfast was the worst and on top of it all this place is in really terrible condition… for the price that they charge I believe that you have many other better options than this place 👎

Staff was very nice and helpful, given them 5/5. Dated and do not keep up with cleaning. By mid day trash and used dishes/glasses everywhere. Spills on floors remained entire stay. Most food was not good. Steakhouse was amazing! Definitely family oriented with lots of kids/families. Loud music and private events right outside in courtyard with loud music late at night, rooms have no sound barrier. Beach is beautiful! Pool is nice. Chairs are close together and not enough for crowded resort. If looking for a budget friendly place with beautiful view in heart of cancun to party or lots of kids then not bad.

Resort itself is nice a bit dated compared to others at a higher price point, upon arrival was charged an additional 700 dollars for my daughter according to them I had put an infant on Expedia website, I’ve seen multiple reviews with same issue. Stressful and unpleasant experience, Credit card to the rescue! Breakfast was very limited during our stay due to renovations, No guacamole!!!! Two other restaurants were closed. Drinks were mainly sugar less alcohol, beach was amazing staff was polite and ready to serve. Entertainment was very limited, overall nice stay but for the price tag I’d choose a different resort.

We enjoyed the spa, and the service was very good. I think the rooms need to be renovated, but if you’re not picky, you’ll like them. Overall, we had a great time.

Excellent hotel, the service is outstanding, always striving to make guests feel welcome. The food is delicious. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that making reservations at its best restaurants is a bit complicated.
