Our family trip was fantastic! The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and everyone we spoke to was very accommodating. Our flight was a direct into Cancun, so we arrived at the property well before check-in. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was so helpful (making restaurant reservations and explaining the property map, etc.) Our family has stayed at quite a few all-inclusives in Mexico, and this by far was the best experience. The food was great, my dad’s favorite meal of the day is breakfast, and Guadalupe made him the best ham, onion, and cheese omelets. The housekeeping and groundskeepers really did an outstanding job at maintaining the property. We will try to be back soon for another stay!

We stayed here for a week. It was excellent! Food was great. Room was clean everyday. Daily entertainment for children and adults. The most important and beautiful was the customer service in the front desk, kitchen, pools and restaurants since we arrived at the resort! I'll be back soon!

I had great expectations for the hotel but I did not love it. The main issue was the food was not good and the inside of the hotel was very dark. The water park for the kids is inside the kids club so after the kids club is closed for parents at 1 you can’t access it and is also very hot as is not very open and there’s bo breeze at all. We did like our room and the room service was good but would not come here again

We had a lovely family vacation at this resort in Cancun. My wife, kids, and I really enjoyed our stay overall. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the amenities were great for families. The kids especially loved the pool playground area — it was definitely a highlight for us. The main pools were beautiful, the rooms were clean and well-kept, and we received great housekeeping service twice during our stay. We also ordered room service a couple of times and the food was excellent. Most of the staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable. However, I did want to share one honest observation — at times, it felt like the service experience was more attentive towards white guests. As a Southeast Asian family, we couldn’t help but notice a subtle difference in how we were treated in some interactions. It wasn’t overt, but it did make us feel slightly overlooked at times, which was disappointing given that we were all staying at the same resort. That said, we still had a great time and appreciate all the hard-working staff who made our stay enjoyable. This place has a lot of potential and with just a bit more consistency in guest service, it would be a perfect getaway for everyone.

All the managers at the front desk will not accommodate me in changing rooms because of the noise. They simply don't care. I continually requested each day to move to the highest floor. Their way out is to say its based on availability but we all know anything is possible. Will not go back to this resort. Improve the Italian food at the restaurant too, its garbage.

I don’t love buffets but this was good every day. The restaurants were amazing, the rooms were clean and I loved the layout and space of the ocean front rooms. The buffet “room” was pretty run down and waiting to get a table could get frustrating but they have an outdoor buffet with less options that was generally available right away. Staff was friendly. There is no separation with kids being primarily in one pool and all the swim up bars always had small kids hanging around so if you have feelings about that it may bother you. Lol

The property needed some paint and some updating. But honestly, the service was so incredible that I didn't even care. The pool and the beach were fabulous and everyone that works in the hotel is great.
