Resort itself is nice a bit dated compared to others at a higher price point, upon arrival was charged an additional 700 dollars for my daughter according to them I had put an infant on Expedia website, I’ve seen multiple reviews with same issue. Stressful and unpleasant experience, Credit card to the rescue! Breakfast was very limited during our stay due to renovations, No guacamole!!!! Two other restaurants were closed. Drinks were mainly sugar less alcohol, beach was amazing staff was polite and ready to serve. Entertainment was very limited, overall nice stay but for the price tag I’d choose a different resort.

We enjoyed the spa, and the service was very good. I think the rooms need to be renovated, but if you’re not picky, you’ll like them. Overall, we had a great time.

Excellent hotel, the service is outstanding, always striving to make guests feel welcome. The food is delicious. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that making reservations at its best restaurants is a bit complicated.

This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. They upgraded my room because I’m an Expedia VIP member. The whole stay was excellent. The service amazing as always and the new restaurants are really good!!

Room had rust in all mirrors, the balcony was falling apart, the kids pool section was closed, food was limited, specially breakfast.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The room did feel a bit humid at times, even with the AC running full blast. The food options were excellent, just be sure to make reservations for the restaurants you want to try. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout!
