Best place to spend your vacation days

The resort was clean with professional people to take care of every thing one would need including room service. Dinner at the restaurants was of very high quality.

Everything was perfect as always. The beach was nice and clean just like you see in the pictures but better! The food AMAZING from breakfast to lunch to dinner. We did all the restaurants, and they were all great! The service was impeccable. You can't go wrong with this hotel. It is family friendly. I come here every year, and I can't get enough of it. We also did the spa. It was worth every penny!

Hotel overall was good, staff was excellent, food was good, pools were clean, and the property was very clean. The restaurants were clean and food was very good. Overall the hotel experience is nice and you will enjoy your stay... However, during our stay the beach was a mess it was totally dark/black water no one could swim, the hotel was not doing much to try to clean it. The hotel next door they had a team working to clean the beach and it allow their guest to use some of the beach. To be fair a lot of hotels had this same issue, however some hotel at least were trying to do something about it. The other issue is with Cancun itself, it is decaying, there are properties that are abandoned all around the hotel area, the streets are not taking care of, garbage all around the hotel zone area, when you walk around is not as lively as it used to be and on some areas you really do not feel safe around the hotel zone. My suggestion is do not go to Cancun during summer months you will not be able swim due to the dark water on the beaches, if you get a really good deal go during Autumn to Spring months, if you go in the summer you will be disappointed no question. Also consider not going to Cancun at all it is decaying because the city is not investing in the infrastructure and it shows, take your money and go to the Caribbean or Hawaii you will definitely enjoy yourself there best.

The Americana Coral Beach was beautiful. Spacious rooms overlooking the multiple pools and white sand beach. Food and drink available pool side and in some pools you don't even leave the water. The staff provided service with a smile. Great hotel.

It was amazing experience for three nights stay. Very close to ferry to Isla Mujeres and Chedraui Supermar to shop grocery and souvenirs. In addition, property' staff were very nice and kind for all. Two things needs to improve for this hotel: 1. Room cleaning 2. It is older property than Hyatt viva which is located on right next to Grand fiesta. so it feels very old which is not modern. Also, the beach is not big enough so spent most of time in the pool. overall, I was very satisfied during your stay. Thanks the team

My husband and I stayed here with our 1-year-old son and had the absolute best time! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the staff—they went above and beyond to make our stay so special and comfortable. Traveling with a little one can sometimes be stressful, but they made it easy and enjoyable for our family. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. This place was amazing!! EVERY single staff member was so nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and relaxing. We went as a couples getaway trip but would definitely bring the kids to this hotel. Great pools, private beach and lots of stuff to keep everyone busy.

Beach was amazing, food was good, the main restaurant was at maintenance but Ricardo, Honorio and Gabriel made every effort to make our food experience unforgettable,The only issue was when the waiters refused to give us any food for the kids 20 minutes after checking out and they insisted we should pay for that, and it was 3 cheese pizzas for the kids , but they wanted us to pay 40 USD, despite confirming with Reception that we just checked out.
