Staff was very polite, portions at restaurants are very small and the rooms all smell like mildew/mold. They pump lobby level with air freshener so you don’t smell it. Pools were nice and fitness center was great. Had to leave our balcony door open in room for smell then everything got damp from humidity.

My wife and I stayed for just one night and had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived. We were able to check in early, which was a great way to start our day. We spent the morning relaxing by the pool and enjoyed some great sushi at the sushi bar. The concierge team also helped us get a last-minute reservation at the Italian restaurant, Da Vinci, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. It truly exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we interacted with at the bars, taco stand, breakfast area, and lobby bar was friendly and welcoming. We felt taken care of the entire time. The beach is beautiful and the pools are spacious with plenty of room and activities if you want them. I was a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews, but our experience was completely positive. We would definitely like to come back for a longer stay next time.

This hotel requires you to be a member in order to enjoy the finer options available. There are 5 restaurants and three require a reservation but members get first dibs. None of this is explained on the website. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT.. accept the “free” room upgrade!! It’s actually a downgrade! The staff were friendly and helpful. The all you can drink and eat was not worth the money. Same choices every day and bottom of the barrel alcohol choices!! If you’d like a name brand alcohol you must be a member and they will not let you pay extra for better choices. The 90 minute timeshare presentation is 2.5 to 3 hours at minimum!!!

My “average” rating is mainly due to two specific situations we experienced during our stay. 1. We requested three times that a “Happy Birthday” sign be placed in the room, as we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Each time we were told it would be done “right away,” but it was never placed. 2. Due to our reservation and being Expedia VIP members, we were told we would receive an amenity the day after our arrival. This amenity never arrived, even after mentioning it to the hotel staff. Overall, we found the hotel to be good: the facilities were clean, the food was nice, and the room was comfortable. However, these two issues did affect our experience, especially because we felt they were not given importance since it was a celebration for a young child.

La locación y sus instalaciones son muy lindas, cómodas y convenientes. El personal del hotel muy amable, sin embargo las personas que ofrecen adquirir el tiempo compartido o la membresía si me parecieron un poco groseros ya que al no adquirir los servicios que me ofrecían tomaron una actitud odiosa

Staff was great. Restaurants were amazing. Thankful we were VIP bc they made dining reservations for us.
