The property is in a good location. A lot of steps and hills. Buffet is pretty good. Cleaning and wait staff are nice. However, front desk and concierge are not welcoming. Had a 3 bedroom villa with ocean views, it was beautiful, bathroom could use some help. Overall great place for the price and location.

Property was great. Beach was one of the nicer compared to properties nearby… several other properties had very little beach front due to erosion from recent hurricanes. The only area that could use improvement were the activities at the “Kids Club”… activities were scheduled (crafts) but on several days, we were told that they were not going to do the activities due to lack of supplies or the other kids “were content watching TV instead”.

The rooms are a bit noisy. Could hear the guests in the room next to me me very well. Also noise from the hallway was recognizable. Otherwise liked the hotel. Nice service, nice food, overall a good place.

Probably has the best bit of beach out of all the hotels in that area of the Hotel Zone. You have space for sun bathing, beach volleyball, football, chilling by the water. Pools are great, bars are fantastic. Jacuzzis are amazing. The beach bar with the jacuzzi area is the best place. The hotel has plenty of entertainment all day and evening long, so if you want to stay at the venue you will never be bored. Staff were all fantastic, friendly, very socialable and just lovely in general. We had an amazing honeymoon.
