We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, but the lunch menu was very limited. Every day it was just tacos, hamburgers, and chicken wings. There was a lack of variety in the food, and there were too many Mexican dishes.

Beautiful beach views, property very well kept, hard working staff all around. I give the food an overall 8/10, rooms spacious and clean. The only set back were the availability of the reserved restaurants... there are only three! It was a birthday celebration we had a nice stay. The sales pitches are definitely card core!! Would choose again!

I will not be staying in this hotel and recommend anyone looking to find one of the other hotels in the area. The concierge (Frank) is clueless about how to do his job, cannot help the guests and the frontdesk staff tries to push their club membership on everyone. You have access to almost nothing even after paying an enormous amount on all inclusive. We have a toddler, got a room upgrade but then they removed my kids bed and tried to charge more for the bed that I had preorder. All the kids are either renovating or unaccessible. This was the only hotel I stayed that the buffet is not open every day for lunch having to push us around. Let's also talk about dinner, they have this app that opens at 9AM every day to book reservations, but by 9:02 everything is gone (impossible right, agree). My opinion is that they only open a few spots saving most of them for the clubs members. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, the bar staff and servers were amazing as well as Everlyn from the kids club (which btw the concierge told it was closed). This was the first resort we stayed that there is no ice cream available throughout the day, you had to order bacon and sausages separate at the breakfast buffet and they would not allow you to eat by the pool. This could have been a dream trip if the hotel was better managed. Highly recommend to change mid-higher management with someone more experienced

Continuously trying to sell a timeshare. Wasted check in time to a pre presentation to timeshare/exclusive percs. Food was not good outside of taco restaurant and breakfast buffet. Staff was not great. Horrible communication. Wouldn’t return personally. Hotel and resort itself was nice, clean for the most part, nice pools, rooms

We suggest that the buffet La Paloma to have more option and varieties on international dishes. It’s hard to get reservations for Da Vinci. When checking out they are charging us for room service which we did not requested. I feel disappointed for this. We never requested for room service. We patiently go to the restaurant for breakfast to Dinner. And go to the cafe station for teas.Please have an accurate record.
