We stayed at Wyndham Grand Cancun in May and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is in a great location — right next to a clean beach with turquoise water, and there were always enough loungers for everyone. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily.

i didn’t like the harassment we received from the people upon arrival who were trying to sell us the timeshare. it was a very uncomfortable situation. they took us to a room and made me feel uneasy and intimidated.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was welcoming! We enjoyed the ocean view and pool along with the jacuzzi bar. We made reservations for the steak house and Italian restaurant and the food was okay. Serving size was minimal. The buffet was good with a lot of options and especially for breakfast. The sushi bar was the best and the mini tacos could have used more seasoning on the meat. Alcoholic beverages were okay but not the best. It’s typical to receive the cheaper brand of tequila, vodka, etc. Overall our stay was great and we would go back!

The staff made our stay very comfortable. Very helpful with the questions we had and they provided fast answers. The property was amazing and the variety of food was awesome! It is a kid friendly resort. Would come back and stay again.

Like: wide variety of good food, easy access to special Resturant’s, attentive staff, great breakfast buffet with made to order omelets and salmon filets for bagels, clean, plenty of chairs, mostly quiet and lovely pools. Disappointed: the steakhouse was undergoing renovation and food quality and setting suffered
