Everything was great. Swimming, kids zone. Reservations for the Steak House was awful. You can book dinner reservations from 8 -2.. Went on the QR code at 8 am it was full already, tried every day of our stay and did not get to go. Breakfast every day was at the buffet and our server was David, awesome ..

Our family had a great time here. Staff was amazing and always willing to assist. Rooms were great, no issues with anything there. Downside was the food options, kids options were typically overcooked and very hard to chew. Best part was breakfast so we always made sure to fill up. Lunch and dinner were more complicated to find food choices. Kiddos enjoyed the evening shows and the childrens drink menu was a fun option.

This is a great family property. We liked the pools, the beach with lifeguard, and the activities for the kids. We didn't like reserving pool chairs early in the morning, or the way the restaurant reservation system worked. It made it nearly imposible to book at the reservation only restaurants.

The reception employees were not clear on the rules they did not explain anythinh to me about towel cards and the penalties or the room service fees … they were rude and not flexible at checkout (Carla and Emmanuel) also rooms under beds were not clean and smell bad

We recently went on a family vacation with 3 adults and 3 children and stayed in the family suite with 2 levels. Overall, the vacation was wonderful and the hotel was a great value. It was a little challenging to get reservations for certain restaurants but we did manage to get reservations 2 of the 3 days we tried. And the Italian and Seafood restaurants don't require reservations and had good food. Property was clean, staff was friendly and food was good no matter what we ate. The pools at the end of Jan were definitely on cool side but the ocean was warm. Some of the reviews complained about the beach but they must have done some restoration because there was plenty of beach space, even at high tide. If you are traveling with a stroller or wheelchair, I wouldn't suggest this property since we noticed the ramps are very steep and would be challenging to navigate. The room was nice, not very large. We had an issue with the upstairs bathroom water. The water in the shower was lukewarm, almost cool, yet the skin water was scalding hot and wouldn't get cool. The downstairs bathroom was fine and a few outlets in the room didn't work. Overall, I would say it's a great value for the money. If you are expecting the Ritz, this isn't it. But if you are looking for a good value, I would recommend.

It was so noisy and couldn’t sleep even after midnight. No transportation. Always staying in line too long to have breakfast on buffet. Water parks adults and kids was closed too early. Always they hadn’t beach towel. Not enough sit around pool and beach. Service was good. Staff was friendly just the person on the reception takes too long give us the room in checking time and was waiting for money to give us the room that we picked it before.

Recommended by friends as they have lots of things offered for kids. The staff working there are all friendly, helpful and hard-working. Food options are great with lots of fresh veggie and fruits at the buffet restaurant. Room and elevators and some other facilities are dated. It can be overcrowded on some days but overall very positive experience.

Staff is nice and helpful. There are lots of food options on site. Only downfall is you have to reserve at 8am for restaurants that require reservations.

The most miserable experience. Major construction on both sides of the property. Your oven view is that with the sound of 100's of workers, cement trucks, and jack hammers all day until 10pm and starting back up at 7 am. Hotel staff is horrible the front desk crew could care less about customer satisfaction. Oh and check in at 3 is a "suggestion" not guaranteed. More like 5pm is more like it. Then after waiting extra hours the room is still dirty and dingy.

The facilities in the room were very poor. The power in the room went out and we reported it, and only some of the lights were fixed. We told the receptionist again and he did nothing and we were unable to charge at night until the morning.

We recently stayed here as a family of three. Two adults one 5 yr old. We travel to Cancun often but this was our first time visiting crown paradise club. The resort is nice for the children the kids slide area is very nice. The workers are also very kind and very helpful. The bartenders in game room are super nice shout out to Melchor and Alex for always greeting us w a smile each night. Alejo at the late night snack bar was also very kind. Victor by the pool was very nice as well. In general it’s a nice resort but the not so great thing is there is so many people at the hotel and not Enough sitting area around the pool or beach. People literally save seats at 6am w towels. It’s nearly impossible to get seats so we sat on the floor at the pool some days. We seen grown adults fight over lounge chairs it was kinda wild. I feel like they may over book because it’s sooo packed. The lines to the buffet can get very long. The staff in the buffet area are all super nice and friendly. The food is so so nothing great but also not terrible. The steak house was delicious but also very hard to get a reservation for. The have signature drinks for children that my daughter enjoyed trying. The rooms are your typical room nothing special but are clean the house keepers do a nice job. All in all the hotel was nice and my daughter enjoyed the pools, the nightly shows and the game area at night. She enjoyed the movie theater we did watched a movie each night. Nice hotel friendly employees.

very disappointed stay. With no meat no seafood only bread egg salad and canned fruit. No good sleep at all. Hotel hold party evesingle night until 2am. Not worth $600 per night. Very disappointed!!
