Very busy hotel. Waited for 40 mins to check in …. The restaurant reservation is tricky. You cannot go to restaurants except for the buffet until you reserve before a time during the date. Some restaurants including the French one is adult only. So for those who bring young kids the French one is not good . Therefore, the choice is limited left for us. Buffer is so so. For instance there is no juice for dinner. The Italian restaurant is good. We booked it for our last day.

The property is beautiful and staff is helpful when needed. Did have some trouble getting towels when requested after they did not leave them in the room but also had just general cosmetic issues in the room. Reserving restaurant reservations is a little difficult but overall very happy with the stay and would book again.

Unprofessional never stayed there when we checked In They took us to our room and it smelled like a dead animal there we asked for a different room and they couldn’t give us a different room because they were booked we decided to leave to a different resort they promised us to refund our money it’s been 5 days and still we haven’t received it I will attach a picture of a receipt saying they will refund everything to our credit card please advise how to proceed since I booked thru you guys and have for many years thank you I have tried to call at least 10 times with no answer also emailed her with no answer she gave me email and phone number to contact her

Place looked old, our room had no rags and one tiny blanket . The power and the lights went out for hours . The front desk lady did not tell us our room was on the opposite side of the building. She watched us go to the wrong elevator then watched us wandering around the hotel. Place was not clean!! Would not come back to this hotel

Staff of the hotel was nice and friendly,condition of the hotel was terrible,7 floor Air conditioner doesn't exist,room smell really bad,termostato in not working ,check in the worse in my life,i get the room around 7pm ,reservation for restaurant almost imposible,i dont recoment this hotel to anybody,for me is a low 3 star,swiming pool for adult very dirty,the picture in the website of expedia i supose was taken years ago,nothing to do with reality. En Espanol El hotel esta en muy malas condiciones,el Aire acondicionado apenas funciona en los cuartos sobre todo el 7 floor,hay olor a moho,la luz se va,las reservaciones en los restaurantes es muy dificil de hacerlas,el check in muy demorado,consegui la habitacion cerca de las 7 pm,la piscina de adulto sucia,los tragos de bebidas de muy mala calidad,no recomiendo el hotel para mi es un 3 star de baja calidad,la playa con muchas algas,la comida en los restaurantes buena,en el buffet de regular calidad,la foto del website de expedia nada que ver con la realidad,nonrecomiendo el hotel,esta en malas condiciones,debo reconocer que el staff es amigable,pero el hotel malo
