We had a terrible experience at the first day. Our room’s ceiling were leaking and suddenly teared down on my head. Then, after a long tome they assigned another room to us. That one was not really ready and staff were still working there. At night, we asked for couple of blankets, it too 4 hrs and 6 times in person and on the phone follow ups! It was ridiculous!

We decided to split our trip between two resorts to experience more, but unfortunately our stay at Crown Paradise was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. It took over an hour to check in while standing in the heat, and most of the staff barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. One of the main reasons we chose this resort was for the water slides and zip lines for our daughters, but they were only open for a couple of hours each day. The pool area was overcrowded with no seating available, and the beach was not clean, with no chairs to relax on. Every meal required standing in long lines just to be seated, and once inside, the food was terrible with very limited selection. The game room was a huge letdown—foosball and ping pong tables were broken, and nothing seemed to work properly. Our room itself was small and cramped. The shower head was so low I couldn’t even take a proper shower, and there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the uncomfortable wristbands that also serve as room keys constantly malfunctioned, leaving us locked out of our room multiple times. We had such a bad experience that we decided to leave three days early and return to our previous resort, where we thankfully had a wonderful time. We attempted to request a reimbursement, but no one at Crown Paradise answers emails or phone calls—another sign of poor management. Overall, our stay at Crown Paradise was fr

Great for kids and large families on a budget. Only two things that bring the review down, 1. We found a huge cockroach in the room one morning. It was so big that it was on its back and when I close to it and started moving its leg, but its wings, yes, wings!, were too big! So it was like a turtle upside down. 2. Our bathtub had a bathtub on it…it had a thick coating on the floor…they lay what looked like a rubber coating to cover a crack? Multiple cracks? Why not just replace the tub??? The pool staff was above and beyond helpful! As the kids get older we’ll try fancier resorts. But I did not want to spend $10k on a family vacation and dealing with kids meltdowns as the kid-free couple is looking at me like, “wrf?!” The beach at the hotel is also tiny…the sea is rising!

Such a rude employees here. ESPECIALLY Front desk person Natalie. Took an hour to check in, the room wasn’t ready till 4:30. They didnt bring luggage to the room till 6:30. WiFi is not connecting properly, unable to make reservation at restaurant. Keep getting bit by bed bugs, roaches in the bathroom. Smells bad in the room. Non smoking room smells like smoke. Cleaner keep taking the room light card every time they come, and they keep coming in middle of the night ringing door bell asking they want to come in when we are in sleep. Food is really bad. They offer to change the room but they never called me back or answered the phone. People cutting line all the time. They need to learn how to speak English better. General manager Ninfa is rude. 100 %Lack of hospitality.

I appreciated the staff, they were so kind. We had our AC that was not able to be fixed and we switched rooms but they were so quick with it regardless of the unfortunate situation

Absolutely terrible from the moment we walked in. Took almost an hour just to get checked in, and when we finally did we decided to go to the buffet after a long day of traveling because our room was not ready. Walk into the buffet and immediately started sweating because it was so hot. The food was sub-par at best but the wait staff was great. We finally made it up to the room only for our bracelets to not work so we had to go all the way back down to get them reset and back up to the room. We open the door and a wave of mildew and mold smell greets you on the way in, everything is soaked from condensation in the room the bed, the towels, the floor and it made the smell worse. Everything was dirty and broken. This was supposed to be an upgraded suite. Absolutely no way I was keeping my pregnant wife and daughter in that room much less the hotel. Go back downstairs and the staff is unwilling to do any accommodation for us so we asked for a refund and were unwilling to help because we booked through a third party. Literally said “we can do early check out but you won’t have a refund and no money for a new hotel”. We ended up canceling the entire week we were supposed to stay there and booked anothert resort that was beyond our expectations.
