Pool area was crowded. Swimming was nice. Seating was always full. Room was vary good. Felt safe. Staff was vary helpfull. The only concern had, was the stores. Highway robbery! $150 CAD ($2000 mx pescos) for 3 bags of chips, 2 drinks. Crown Paradise was an excellent place for the family.

There is no sound isolation between the rooms. If you book an ocean-view room, it’s not actually an ocean view. I asked to change my room because I paid for an ocean-view room, but I was given only a partial view. I could barely see the ocean behind the trees on the second floor. They told me that if I wanted to change rooms, I would have to pay extra. On the positive side, the food and amenities are good, and the staff are very friendly..

Bar and restaurant staff are good however front desk is not helpful at all. Tried to contact them since I accidentally left my sons Nintendo switch behind and wanted to see if I could pick it up since my flight was delayed but received no answer back via call or email. Also very slow at receiving any call back for room service amenities like towels when needed. Overall it was an okay experience with my kids since they enjoyed the main pool, beach and food. Entertainment needs to be a bit better since it’s mostly a musical every night with different themes.

A couple of things could be improved to make the stay better. The elevators quit working a couple of times and we were on the 8thfloor, also the showers in our room also stopped working twice. We had great access to an exclusive bar and breakfast on the 8th floor do we highly recommend spending a bit more money as you get better service and food at the exclusive bar. Just a note fir anyone going the alacarts book up very fast everyday so you have to log in right at 8am to get a reservation. If you wait eben a minute or 2 you might not get that restaurant. Also the beach cabanas are first come first serve so fey there for 6 am to secure a spot. Both of these things could be managed better

We waited in line 1.5 hours just to check in. The food was terrible. Not good, cold and not a lot of variety. The staff service was awful. They’re rude and take forever to acknowledge you. The restaurant requires reservations and it’s battle every morning just to try and get a reservation to any restaurant. It’s not guaranteed that you’re going to eat at your preferred restaurant. You end up with whatever is left over. Even if you try right at 8am when they allow you to make your reservation. When you go eat at the restaurant there’s always so many empty tables so idk why they say there’s no tables available every morning when trying to make reservations. They never have towels at the pool area. The pool water is so cold. I don’t mind it being cold for me as an adult but I’m sure a lot of people can’t handle the cold pool. The kids pool is even colder. My kids couldn’t be in the pool as long as they wanted cause they would get really cold. My 3 year old even got a fever cause the water was so cold and we didn’t have a towel cause they didn’t have any available. I will never be coming back to this place.

Great resort. Plenty of fun activities if traveling with children. Great night shows. Food is alright. Several dinning options make sure to make a reservation on time exactly at 8am.
