We are really satisfied with this resort. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The pools are huge and clean. Tge restaurants are must try, the food is a really good quality. The place and very queit and has a lot alleys just to walk around. Looking forward for another good deal to come again and bring my family here.

Restaurant food quality (Olios and Mexican steakhouse) can be improved. It’s not bad but it can be improved in terms of taste and seasoning (too salty)

We really enjoyed our stay at Haven! The “junior suite with partial ocean view” was spacious and had an amazing balcony with views of the round/quiet pool and beach. The resort is only 10 minutes from the airport so definitely convenient but also surrounded by gorgeous tropical jungle. We loved listening to the birds and seeing a few native animals. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, spa hydrotherapy was very nice, and drinks were great —our favorites were from Pedro at Doc’s Poolside Bar! We also enjoyed a cocktail class there with Pepe and his entertainment team which was a fun surprise. Two cons: 1) the beach was covered in sargassum (due to natural conditions) which made it unusable during our stay plus effected my puny lungs and 2) I would prefer more food options for breakfast/lunch other than their buffet. It was an excellent meal for a buffet but I just don’t enjoy that experience so often. If you upgrade to the serenity rooms, you have a sit down option but it’s substantially more cost. Overall, we decided it was a perfectly relaxing getaway for us and well worth the cost.

Great place for a quiet, more adult atmosphere. There is a "party pool," but the clientele is still pretty subdued. This was our 2nd time at Haven, and we will return. Our butler, Adrian, was spot on. I mentioned that I was hot while getting dressed in the bathroom, and within hours, there was a stand fan placed in my room. I also mentioned that I was sad that the Myan Sushi was taken off the menu at Vista's, and they made it special for me the following day! Haven is large enough to offer several options for dining and activities, but small enough to still feel very quaint and relaxing. We stayed in the beachfront swim-out room. Met our needs perfectly. Enjoyed room service breakfast each morning while watching the sun rise, and were able to enjoy the sunshine on our own patio until noonish. A waiter came around at least once an hour to check on us and deliver drinks. I highly recommend Haven Riviera Cancun!

This is our second time visiting this property. It's PHENOMENAL. The staff is exceptional. The spectrum of food, events, quiet and fun spots. It's our favorite vacation. The rooms are spacious, airy, clean, and they all have a view of something amazing.

Our stay at Haven Riviera Cancún was absolutely unforgettable, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible staff. Special shout-outs to: • Mik Gala at Mixology – your creativity and joyful service made every cocktail experience a delight. • Jose and the trainee Luis at Pool Concierge – your attentiveness and friendliness made our poolside time truly relaxing. • Gabrielle and the team at the Mexican Steakhouse – thank you for your impeccable service and making every meal memorable. • Sandi at Housekeeping – your care and attention to detail made our room feel perfect every day. Each of these team members went above and beyond to make our 21st anniversary celebration extra special. Haven Riviera Cancún is a beautiful resort, but it’s the people who make it truly exceptional. We are so grateful for their dedication and hospitality and can’t wait to return!

MIGUEL our personal butler was the best part of our stay. LGBTQ friendly. He took care of us like we were family. We were able to text him through WhatsApp for everything we needed. We requested specific aromatherapy for room, he booked restaurants for us when we didn't have time, helped reserve car to Playa del Carmen, and Everytime he saw us he greeted us and chit chatted for a bit. We are returning just for his hospitality. We had a swim out room. Room was great. Only used private pool a few times because sun would fall behind building by noon. Drink service at the base of our private pool of room all day. Serenity club tier was worth it. Free Tahini restaurant and show booking. Private pool area and private lunchtime restaurant overlooking property and of course MIGUEL. Foam party at main pool was a blast. Restaurants were good depending on what you ordered. Asian restaurant was our favorite. Loteria was fun and burlesque show was great. Cultural Mexican show was amazing. Temazcal booking is 1000x worth it. Pool drinks were ok. Cocktail bar up top was better. Massages were excellent. See you in a month.

Temazcal was worth it. We were small group of 4. Great experience.

Staff customer service was excellent. I lost my glasses and I think one of the staff members have them. I left the at the spa and when I went back when they opened the next morning they couldn’t find them. $100 glasses

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the resort. The food was very good for an all inclusive. The property was well maintained and clean. The pools were nice. Really the only not good part was that the seaweed was so pervasive and smelled very strong - we could not even use the beach and it created a smell throughout the resort. We were told it is seasonal, so maybe mid Sept, while we were there, it is at its worst.

Pros: great location in terms of proximity to the airport. Food was 8/10. Mediterranean restaurant was our favorite. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond to try to make everyone experience top notch. Cons-we went during seaweed season which essentially made the beach unusable and the smell not ideal around the resort. The entertainment staff in the evenings were pushing to get everyone the rate them 5 stars. The shows were mediocre, but they all did their best trying to make everyone's experience great.
