we enjoyed our getaway . been to Cancun many times and this was one of the best. very very clean . Nacho was our assistant / Dynamite . Levi was our waiter around the pool. worked his ass off. Staff was great . Cans of multiple options of beer was great. will be back

We had a great stay at Haven! We especially loved all of the employees who were so helpful, especially Memo who showed us our room and gave us a great tour of the property. Our server, Santo, was also amazing! This was a great, quiet stay where we could relax. Food was great, pools were clean, service was perfect!

We stayed April 19-26 and loved it all. It was our first time in Cancun but not our first all-inclusive. We would go back in a minute! Only 15 min. from Cancun airport, the staff was so super friendly and it was immaculate! We stayed in a swim out partial oven view but did not opt for Serenity. We didn’t feel we missed a thing and would choose a swim out over Serenity again next time! If you can afford both, go for it, but we didn’t feel like we missed a thing and were definitely not treated like we were anything less than anyone else! We didn’t end up going to Olios but went to Asian Fusion twice. One of our favorites was the buffet in Flavors! The rooms were large and modern. Maid service daily. Room service 24/7. This is a 5 star resort without the 5 star price!

I traveled with 2 friends and had an amazing time. This place is beautiful, with great staff and many food choices. Worth getting the Serenity package to get access to the spa, 2 extra restaurants and the outdoor serenity pool.

Beautiful property with great options for dining. Staff very nice. I would ask management to not encourage staff to ask guests to write Expedia reviews about activities guests participated in. The great experience we enjoyed during the activities were definitely ruined by this & left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel it’s much more genuine seeing reviews because guests felt inclined to mention something not due to the fact that staff is asking you to put a review but because it was something truly memorable to the guest. Overall beautiful resort -glad we came but wouldn’t be someplace I would go back to.
