We had a good time. Prefer a more lively place. Went to night club at 10 PM and zero people were in there. A few machines in gym were out of order. Room was big and clean. I like the tub on balcony even though took forever to fill due to water pressure. We enjoyed all the dining options. We weren’t able to go to a few places due to no availability.

Both pool and beach access were great, you can switch between the two with ease. The property was pretty easy to navigate with most of the dining and entertainment centralized. Rooms were spacious and we loved the rain shower bath rooms and the hot tubs on the balcony.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. Service was good and staff members were all very friendly. The only tiny complaint I had was that some of the food, specifically the pasta from the restaurant Vora Mar Grill and the room service pasta was not to my likings. I taste the sauce, but there was no other taste to it. I did not taste any salt or pepper to it. Our butler was Manny. He was great and helped us reserve all of our dinner spots. Also, he actively checked up on us and offered help for anything we need with. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

Our room had a strong ammonia smell and spots with mold. The shower leaked thru the shower door. We did not alert staff since it was few day in when the smell became apparent. I wish that the staff would of offered an upgrade to a Serenity package at check in, it felt like we were missing out by not having this package. The staff was great, pool was very nice and the overall resort was lovely. Would recommend but would recommend upgrading.
